«A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there ...

«A Peaceful and Memorable Stay at Norling House
I had a wonderful stay at Norling House in Norbulingka, India. The property is beautifully decorated with traditional Tibetan elements, creating a warm, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere.
The food and service were excellent. I especially appreciated the chef’s thoughtful gesture of preparing traditional Tibetan bread just for me. It was a lovely personal touch.
Since I visited shortly after the monsoon season, the room was a little humid. When I ...

«I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel. ...

«We had a fabulous stay at La Riqueza. The hotel is clean and extremely well run - no request was too much for the brilliant staff. It is also very well located between Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj, with great views across the valley in which Dharamshala sits. Highly recommended !»

«Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable.
$25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation.
Comical incompetence. »
