Vacation Condo Close to Beach!

Hilton Head Resort is a private gated resort with 24-hour security and is centrally located on the island. There is something for the whole family to do without getting leaving the resort.

Our condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath and is on the 2nd Floor of Building 4 of Hilton Head Resort. Our unit accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. It is fully furnished and stocked with amenities for an enjoyable stay.

This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED, Kid friendly unit. Must meet Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to Rent this unit.

KITCHEN: is well equipped with dishes, silverware, tea/coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, dish soap and ceiling fan.

DINING ROOM: Table to seat 4 comfortably and a breakfast bar with 2 additional seats.

LIVING ROOM: is a great place to relax on either the sofa or chair. A 50-inch TV with access to HD cable channels is available for your use. Free Secure Wi-Fi is available.

MASTER BEDROOM with a King bed and plenty of drawer space for your clothing. A 32-inch TV with HD cable viewing is available.

GUEST BEDROOM: has a full bed that can comfortably sleep 2 along with a twin size for one additional guest. A 28-inch TV is available to watch HD cable TV

EN SUITE MASTER BATH: connected to Master Bedroom, full tub and sink.

GUEST BATHROOM: is located off the hallway with a full-size tub .
Each bathroom includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, facial and body soaps. Bath towels are available for use within the unit only.

The Resort and our condo are a great value while not sacrificing the quality and the many amenities of the more expensive resorts on the island.

Amenities include:
Building 1: Resort style heated outdoor pool, The Beach Bear - Food and Drinks (To go menu available)
Building 2: Large sun deck
Building 3: Indoor pool (heated in the winter), exercise room, jogging track, sauna, whirlpool, and wireless Internet in common areas
Building 4: Six lighted tennis / pickleball courts

Take a stroll on the 200-yard private boardwalk to the beach or ride the complimentary shuttle and enjoy the salt-water marsh wildlife.
At the end of the boardwalk, you find “Coco’s on the Beach” bar and grill (closed during the winter) and beach volleyball court.

If golfing is your game, Trent Jones Golf Courses at Palmetto Dunes is conveniently located next door.

Linens provided except for Beach Towels. Beach chairs with beach wagon are available for your use in locked storage unit.

New credit / gift card operated laundry is available outside unit on the same floor less than a minute walk.

Convenient free parking, close to elevator

Shared BBQ Charcoal grilles on premises

Activities (on site and nearby)
Hilton Head is known for its bike paths across the island, so spend a fun day biking, stopping at Shelter Cove to enjoy live music, playing on the playground, shopping or eating at wonderful restaurants. Other unique areas to visit are Harbour Town, Coligny Plaza, Creek Cats Tour, Savannah, or just play and relax at the beach! Biking, fishing, dolphin watching, horseback riding, cinemas, boating sailing, shelling, hiking, live theater, swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, miniature golf, parasailing, public golf courses, crabbing, museums, sightseeing, and too much to list.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here on our family vacation to Hilton Head. The condo is beautiful and the resort is conveniently located. The walk to the beach is about a half mile, so be prepared to walk. There is a shuttle that runs at particular times of the day to help accommodate those that can't walk the distance to the beach. The employees are friendly and helpful. Coco's on the beach has great food!

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean and had everything we needed provided. It was quiet at night which was great. The boardwalk to the beach was BEAUTIFUL at night. I will say the beach was a little farther of a walk than we had expected. We are all in our mid to late twenties and had a wagon and rolling cooler so we were completely fine and it didn’t bother us. The kitchen sink handle is a little loose. If you push it directly up to turn it off it will sometimes fall back down and turn back on but if you tilt it towards you and push it to off then it’s fine. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Little Getaway

Perfect location and perfect set up for families. Pools, bike rentals and laundry. Only thing was mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a few little tricks with the appliances in the kitchen. But i would stay again. Very clean!

Great condo

Condo was clean and quiet - except for the upstairs neighbors who seems to stomp on the ceiling. The walk to the beach was longer than expected, but not unbearable. There is a shuttle available but we walked every time. I wish it had a balcony - anytime I wanted to go outside I needed to go to a pool. There are chairs at the front door but I didn’t enjoy looking at basically the doors of other rooms. Plenty of room inside and nice decor. Close to lots of restaurants and 10-15 min from pretty much any shops. The outdoor pools were cold because they just opened them a couple weeks ago but the indoor pool was warm. Overall we had a great time!

Super awesome condo!

The owners are so very nice and respond to emails almost immediately. The description was spot on and even better IMHO. Very clean and modern. Very well equipped. Supplied bathroom Amenities which was very thoughtful. Easy check in and check out. Hopefully this unit will be available when we vacation again next year. HIGHLY recommend this condo! Wonderful Resort Week

My husband and I had a fabulous week at this delightful, very accommodating resort in Hilton Head island. The location is perfect- with the boardwalk to the beach, free shuttles, close access to bike trails and harbors with shops and restaurants. Included pools and sauna were wonderful. We hope to return soon!

Great Hilton Head Stay

We really enjoyed ourselves at the resort! The only issue was the elevator going out on our side which made it difficult for us at time. Also, the place smaller than we thought it was. Nice rooms Soft beds

The beds were very soft and not good for my back. Also was not crazy about the fact that I had to strip the bed sheets when I paid for cleaning up front. Did not make sense to me. The bathrooms a little on small size. Look bigger in picture.

Great Beach stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo and resort were one of the cleanest properties we have stayed. The condo is well equipped with any kitchen and bath needs. The two bedrooms provide plenty of room for couples and families. Plenty of towels are provided. The boardwalk to the beach (a bit of a walk) is scenic and the beach is essentially private for resort owners and nearby homes. It is located in a convenient area to stores and restaurants on HH. Hope to return!

Everything you need for a getaway

This was a lovely unit to stay in. It had all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach and was a comfortable stay. The walk to the beach can be long when you're walking in the hot SC sun, but with planning (and a cart!) it's not difficult.

The condo was very nice for our family of four. The owners did many updates -- a modernized kitchen with all new appliances, pots, and pans. The utensils and the glass dining table were dirty. It was good that there were cleaning supplies, so we could clean it ourselves. The beds were comfortable and clean. The Master bathroom was small and uninviting. Appreciate the four beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall, the condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much!
