Spectacular luxury updated vacation townhome only a short walk to the beach, Westin Hotel or the Marriott Spa. You can enjoy the best of Hilton Head. Three bedroom townhome with tile floors, granite counters, new furniture, new paint and updated bathrooms. Living room has high ceilings and you can walk right out to the large outdoor deck area with private BBQ grill. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile floors. Fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare wonderful meals for the family. Master bedroom is downstairs with King bed, one guest room downstairs with king bed and second guest room upstairs with bunk beds. There is an oversize bonus room upstairs for the kids to watch TV and play their video games with a foldout couch. Townhome will sleep 9 comfortably. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 118 Devonshire is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Master bedroom is downstairs with en suite bath with walk in glass shower and separate tub. Double vanity sink with granite counters too. Guest bedroom is downstairs with full bath beside the bedroom with granite counters and tub shower combination. The guest bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. Full bath is connected to the bedroom with tub and shower combination. A huge bonus room is upstairs with a fold out couch and large TV for the kids to watch movies and play video games. You have a very large private outdoor deck with patio furniture and private BBQ to grill your favorite steaks and fish on.

The reason you come to Hilton Head is for the beach and it is a short walk away. You take the new beach path right beside the Westin hotel to enjoy our world famous white sandy beaches. The Westin Hotel has several restaurants, one is oceanfront where you can go have a drink and enjoy the views. Great restaurants to enjoy are a short walk away. You can get a wonderful massage at the Marriott Barony Beach Club just across the street. Bike paths are very close and you can go for miles on shaded paths.

Hilton Head Island has a tremendous amount of activities to enjoy, from walking on the beach, to playing championship golf courses, to tennis and pickle ball to just relaxing on the beach. Hilton Head has over 200 shops, 250 restaurants, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 118 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. The home was in great condition. It had all the kitchen items we needed too. Close enough to the beach to walk but we enjoyed taking the bikes we rented! Great quiet development too. I had been nervous about the location but it was right up our alley. My kids enjoyed they got so much room.

HHI nice visit

This was a nice stay for our family. We loved the closeness to the beach and the pool. Use Islanders Park for beach access-restrooms, outdoor showers to rinse, nice boardwalk and mat all the way to the beach. Courtyard is great to store bikes and beach gear. A\C was nice and cold. A few maintenance needs we had which were addressed. Good setup, quiet part of HHI. Separate small drink fridge was great.

Family holiday getaway

Every year our family visits a new location between Christmas and New Years. This year we chose Hilton Head SC. The property was perfect for our family. Robert was helpful with any issues we had! The beds were comfortable and I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom! All though it rained every day we were there, many memories were made! Great property to stay in!

Very comfy. Great location.

Unit was very comfortable and clean. Management was very responsive. On day one, a Saturday, we left the condo without taking the door code to unlock it. Despite it being 6 O’Clock in the evening, management got back to us quickly and was able to provide an alternate code so we get in. I would recommend renting this condo.

Such a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property at the end of August and everything was perfect! The house is exactly like the pictures. The teenagers loved the extra tv room for late night games and hanging out. The beach was a short walk, but we opted to drive most days with all of our beach gear and only paid $2-4 at the metered parking for a few hours. Overall, this has been one of our favorite vacation rentals ever and we hope to come back to your beautiful island!!!!

Lovely townhome in Hilton Head

Lovely appointed and well equipped condo/townhome very near beach. Clean, attractive and 3/4 private sleeping rooms. Perfect for families or 2 or 3 couples. TV’s in the bedrooms and living room as well as office or game room. Pool just steps away. Lanai and gas grill with outdoor seating. I would book there again. Bonus was Keurig Coffee maker with single cup and full pot brewing option.

Wonderful home and location!

This unit was perfect for our three-week stay. Walking distance to the beach and the golf course. Easy car access to great restaurants and shopping. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Be aware that the towels and sheets provided were not great quality and there were no beach towels or nice beach chairs to use so bring your own! That being said, we would definitely rent this unit again!

Great weekend stay.

We loved the layout and feel of this place. New appliances and everything we needed. Great layout with bedrooms being tucked away and having access to a bathroom. Loved the TV room upstairs with a pull out couch. The patio is a great place to grab coffee or a meal. Big bedrooms. Great closet space. Great location to get around the island. The only issue we had was trying to find the public beach access. We weren't there for the beach this trip, but in the future we would need a map on how to get to the beach from the condo. Short walk - easy walk just not sure where to go! We truly loved this place and the host went out of their way to provide everything we needed. We would love to stay again.

Highly Recommend

The property was the perfect location to stay to attend a wedding at the Westin (easy walking distance). There was plenty of room for 5 adults with a bathroom for each bedroom a plus. Inside the townhouse was immaculate, however the outside patio area needed a sweeping and wipe down of the table and seating. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking although -just to be aware-it did not include basic consumables e.g. salt, pepper, spices, plastic wrap. The property manager reached out to us several times to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. We did! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great for a family trip

Our family of 6 adults, 2 teens, a 3 year old and a five month old very much enjoyed our week here. The house was a good size and well appointed. I wish there had been maybe one more sign directing you to the beach access but that’s not the houses fault. FYI there is a large green gate right next to the Marriott entrance, the pedestrian access is to the left of those gates around a short wall. You’ll be walking down a service access road for the Westin with a bridge to the beach.

Close to beach
