Located in the Racquet Club Villas, adjacent to Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island, this updated 1BR Sea Pines Plantation Resort condo is perfect for exploring one of America's most sought-after beach towns! Drive 8 minutes to the beach, or walk to shops and restaurants.

Highlights include a balcony, shared pool, and tennis courts. Easily walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links to practice your swing.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, relax in the well-appointed living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair. Make some popcorn and have a movie night on the 60' cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the two-person kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather at the table set for four.

BEDROOM & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom is stocked with an ample supply of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

Sleep soundly in the bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 40' cable TV.

The updated bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy the coastal breeze on the balcony, furnished with table seating for four.

Soak up the sun at the shared pool (8' deep).

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include beach chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available in front of the building. Vehicle passes can be purchased upon arrival at the security gate at a rate of $10 for a daily pass or $30 for a weekly pass per vehicle.

Motorcycles, motorized scooters, mini-bikes, trailers, and commercial vehicles may not be parked inside the Sea Pines Plantation. Boat trailers, U-Haul trailers (or the like), campers, recreational vehicles, buses, and similar vehicles will be parked as directed by resort security personnel.

Located on the second floor (with no neighbors above), this unit is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.

THE LOCATION

Walk 9 minutes to the bayfront amenities of Harbour Town from this hideaway at Sea Pines Plantation. Drive 8 minutes to spend the day at the beach. For varied coastal activities, book a dolphin tour, or rent bikes and take a ride on one of the island's popular nature trails.

Hop on the seasonal open-air trolley for easy transportation to the beach and other popular destinations throughout Sea Pines Resort. Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing just minutes away at Harbour Town Golf Links.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Long weekend in Sea Pines

The unit is as described/shown, which is always great! The unit was clean and prepared for us in time for our arrival into Sea Pines. I liked that a Sea Pines gate pass was included with stay. We rented bikes and relied on them for transportation to beach, restaurants, and Harbour Town. We also enjoyed the community pool. Only points of improvement would be to consider a new mattress and maybe spruce up the balcony a bit.

We enjoyed the location. Walk to grab a coffee in morning and to the Harbor to shop and grab a bite. Golf was fantastic at Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes. This condo is on the 11th hole of the Heron Point Course. Would be helpful if we had some plugs etc for phones etc to be plugged in. Place was comfortable

Great condo…very clean!

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights during February. The property itself is very nice and everything is conveniently accessible. The condo itself was very clean. We felt right at home because it is very comfortable. Great restaurants, stores, grocery, activities. We would not come back in the summer months only because I am deathly afraid of palmetto bugs or anything in that family. We did not see any palmetto bugs during our stay because it was cold but it is noted in the condo that they are there during the hot season. The property is wooded and outer siding is wood so you can only imagine. However, I would definitely stay here again in the cold seasons.

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful condo and we will stay here again! We had zero complaints. We especially loved dining on the deck with the fantastic view of the golf course. The bar chairs have been replaced with wooden bar chairs, but otherwise everything is accurate as shown in the photos. The swimming pool was not heated for use in November, but was a still beautiful quiet place to hang out. We look forward to our next stay!

Harbor Town Vacation

Property was spotless clean. Wonderful location for tennis, golf, biking, and restaurants. We were sorely disappointed with the Tv and internet service. We lost service halfway into our stay and and it was not restored for the duration of the rest of our stay.

Good location

Very clean except for the deck…..was very dirty!!! No privacy on deck because it’s right next to other condo’s deck and high top bar chairs has you overlooking neighbors on their deck.

Was nice with the exception that you could not use the deck because it was not safe. Beautiful weather and would have been nice to use the deck overlooking the golf course. Very disappointing!

The pictures say it all!

Location was close to Harbour Town, inside Sea Pines Plantation. The unit had all the amenities needed for our week stay. The area was extremely quiet and able to watch golfers play their hole from the dining area.

Good location.

We enjoyed our stay and would use it again. There were a couple of drawbacks but not sure this is the owners fault. There was a sock back in a hard to see place the cleaners missed ( still there), we were not aloud out on the deck due to safety check issues in all the condos in the area, and there was a small beeping sound ( like a refrigerator door being open) that we were never able to locate. My husband thought perhaps it was coming from another unit. All this to say, perhaps all these things will be taken care of before other people come to use it. We loved the location close to Harbor Town, the pool, and all the bike paths.
