This quiet neighborhood that features 2 outdoor seasonal pools, 1 indoor open year around pool, hot tub, hot stone sauna, gym and locker room style bathroom. Grills along the entire property, man-made lagoon with water features and swings. Hammocks are situated along the shores of the private beach, playground, basketball court, and picnic tables are available to help host your families for a meal under the oak trees while enjoying recreation.

This gated private community is tucked under the willow trees covered in floating moss. Giving us a quiet and quaint atmosphere. We are directly on the shores of the natural north end of the island. Near the Hilton head island airport. Directly on the island we have award winning restaurants, 33 golf courses. Historical lighthouse, horseback riding stables, fabulous boutiques, 27 parks, Kayaking, go kart racing, zip lining, and multitude of grocery stores that will provide all of your snacking needs. With delivery service available.

Staying at this villa will give you access to a multitude of extraordinary amenities. Including 3 pools- 2 outdoor pools and one solar heated indoor pool. Indoor jacuzzi hot tub, hot stone sauna, gym, books, walking trail around a man-made lagoon. Walking distance to outdoor grills, picnic tables, and hammocks under the trees. A number of relaxing swings overlooking the sandy shorelines. Just a few short minutes' walk to the beach from the unit. From the private screen porch from the villa, you will overlook the tennis courts. Located on the Third floor gives you privacy and a sense of serenity. Not too far away, we have basketball courts, a private playground with picnic areas and swing sets. Public bike storage. Peaceful hammocks along the sands of our private beach, open grills ready to host your family cookouts, and romantic double swings you can relax at while watching local wildlife including dolphins and bald eagles. All of this is included in our gated community.

This sun drenched, two-bedroom, third floor condo is conveniently located next to the solar heated indoor pool, hot tub, hot stone sauna, fitness center and tennis courts. Two more outdoor pools and BBQ picnic areas are just steps away. A short drive away are the Atlantic-facing beaches, oodles of restaurants, and shopping.

The comfortable and cozy Beachwalker can sleep six people. Two bedrooms, both with queen beds, full baths, and smart TVs, and blackout curtains offer a restful night’s sleep. Off the fully equipped open concept kitchen is the lounge and tv area with sleeper sofa that can sleep two more guests.

Please note, for elderly and wheelchair considerations, there are no elevators at the Spa. So, our third-floor location does require walking up two flights of stairs.

When you check in, please have $20 cash on hand (the only fee you’ll pay during your stay) for your parking pass. Pets are not allowed at the Spa.

Plenty of parking space. Bike rentals are local and will drop off bikes and pick them up for a fee. Uber is available on the island. The Hilton head Island Airport is right up the street with many car rentals possibilities. Restaurants and activities and stores are only a few red lights away!

Outdoor Pool access is available starting April 1. The 2 outdoor pools do close for winter months. On normal occasions, the deck is available during these closed months for sun bathing.
