Back inside, you'll find the dining area, which seat 6 comfortably and is open to the galley-style kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counter space, making meal prep and cooking a breeze!

The spacious bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
