The common areas offer tile and wood flooring throughout. The living area has comfortable furniture, a flat screen TV and access to the private balcony with views of the beach boardwalk. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets and views of the living area. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a deluxe private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Barrington Park ocean-oriented complex features an on-site heated pool and spa, community grills, beach access and spectacular ocean and pristine garden views. All beach distances are measured from the center of the Palmetto Dunes vacation rental complex.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
