Summer 2022

This was a beautiful home. Property management was very responsive. Wish we had a space for beach items since we didn’t have access to the garage.

Great family beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel a lot and have stayed at many similar houses. 6 East Garrison was one of our favorites. The kids loved the hot tub, there was plenty of space in the yard for them to run around, the bike trail is perfect for running and doing kid-friendly bike loops around the neighborhood.Even though we stayed in March, the weather was perfect and we walked to the beach (<10 mins) several times. House was clean and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Only minor point on maintenance was that the bathroom could use new caulking and paint for the floor boards. We had a perfect stay and would recommend this house to anyone traveling with kids and looking for a relaxed HH getaway.

Wonderful stay!

The house is super comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything is clean and new. A hot tub is a plus even during summer. We used it in the evenings. The Sea Pines area is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Spot

My husband, our 5 children, and myself stayed here for the second time and it was just as wonderful this time as it was last time. We saw armadillos and lots of deer in the backyard. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family! The property manager was responsive and checked on us multiple times. We hope to come back!

Family getaway

The location of the house was wonderful, back yard opened to walking/biking trail, you could be at the beach, golf course in a matter of minutes by biking. Home was comfortable and clean, large televisions in every room a plus. And the quiet living room without a television was a unique experience.

Fantastic Sea Pines Home

Our family visited for the week of July 4th and loved staying at this property. With three kids and two working parents, the home provided everything we needed to get away but still sneak in some work from time to time. The two-family room layout was perfect for the kids to watch movies at night while mom and dad could reconnect over a glass of wine in the separate living room. If you need a family home in Sea Pines and don’t require a pool, this home is perfect!

6 East Garrison

Perfect for the five of us. Parents, 24 year old son and his girlfriend, and 31 year old daughter. All had our own space. Easy access to the beach. Use bikes! Two separate common areas also nice when we had to work. Would love to return soon.

3 Night Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Pines property. The home was extremely clean when we arrived and very well equipped with everything we needed. It’s clear that the owners and management take great care of the property, and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. If I had a few minor suggestions, they would be small operational items rather than issues with the home itself. The dryer worked but typically needed a couple of cycles to fully dry clothes. Also, the showers were a bit difficult to operate at first—some simple instructions posted in the bathrooms would be very helpful for guests. Lastly, the keypad lock is currently located on the side of the house; it would be more convenient if guests could access the home through the front door. These are very minor suggestions. Overall, this is an excellent home in a great location, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Biking and nature galore

My wife and I loved our stay at this vacation rental. Everything about the place was just perfect. We went there to take advantage of all the bike trails and was pleasantly surprised to find a path right off the back yard. Plenty of restaurants and shops with in biking and even walking distance of the home. The home itself was super clean and up to date. Our favorite part of our trip was having our coffee and watching deer play in the back yard every morning we were there. We did a little hiking in the close by nature preserve and enjoyed some walks on the beach. The check in was easy and the property managers did a great job communicating with us and even called us halfway through the vacation to make sure we didn't need anything. You could tell they truly cared about our stay. Just a great place. I highly recommend.
