Du vil elske dette seks roms hjemmet ved havet som ligger i prestisjetunge Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Dette hjemmet har flere store vinduer som vender mot havet, og gir utsikt over havet fra nesten alle rom! Når du kommer inn, blir du først ønsket velkommen av en stor foajé med travertingulv og en stor våt bar som nesten fungerer som et andre kjøkken. Like ved dette området ligger et lite sittegruppe hvor du kan slappe av med drikke eller tapas. Utover dette området er et andre oppholdsrom med montert HDTV som vil være flott for et underholdende område for barna. Nedover gangen finner du tre av de fem gjesterommene. Det første gjestesoverommet har to enkeltsenger og et bad med flislagt badekar og dusj. Det neste gjeste soverommet har en king size-seng, fransk dør tilgang til verandaen, eget bad med flislagt badekar og dusj kombinasjon og en HDTV. På slutten av hallen er den andre mastersuiten. Dette store soverommet har en king size-seng, HDTV, fransk dør tilgang til baksiden uteplass og grillplass, og selvfølgelig, et stort bad. Dette badet består av en stor walk-in flislagt dusj, separat sunket badekar og hans og hennes forfengelighet. I løpet av noen få skritt kommer ytterligere to gjesterom, det ene med to enkeltsenger, det andre med en konge. Begge disse soverommene har også eget bad. Ovenpå finner du hovedkjøkken, stue og spisestue sammen med den ekspansive mester-suiten. Den formelle spisestuen har seks sitteplasser og gir rom for vakker utsikt over havet mens du nyter et familiemåltid. En tosidig peis skiller spisestue fra stuen med de massive vinduene som gir deg panoramautsikt over havet fra hvert sete! Gourmetkjøkkenet har vakre kabinetter, hvitevarer i rustfritt stål, benkeplater i granitt og en frokostkrok med plass til ytterligere seks gjester. Nede i gangen finner du den ekspansive master suite med king size-seng, HDTV, enorme garderobeskap og privat balkong med en stor spisestue og sittegrupper med utsikt over Atlanterhavet. Hovedsoverommet med eget bad fullfører denne hovedetasjen med en stor flislagt dusjkabinett, separat sunket badekar og hans og hennes forfengelighet. Utenfor har du ditt eget private basseng og spa-kompleks. Med sitt tilpassede flislagte bassengdekke blir du behandlet flere soling, lounging og spisesteder - mer enn nok for hele familien! Havstien ved siden av huset tar deg ut av stranden på ti sekunder eller mindre!

GORGEOUS property. And perfect location, steps from a really lovely beach, and a short bike ride to tennis, pickle, food, etc. Great house, nice layout, perfect. We will be back!!

Fun, relaxed weekend getaway

We are a group of 40 - 45 y/o friends from college who get together annually to relax and catch up. Our primary interest is in finding a house big enough for the 11 of us and having space to hang out, talk, play games, and (in March) watch basketball. This house was perfect for it: - Nice hot tub, right on the beach (ocean was chilly but you could take a dip and then sit in the hot tub) - Comfortable bedrooms each with private bathrooms - Big kitchen/dining/family room space allowed us to spread out and do different activities (games, watch TV, talk) while still being in proximity to the whole group Only two notes: - We asked for the pool to be heated, but we got a very confusing explanation to the effect that the heating system somehow pulled from the outside air with the result that it only worked in the summer (we were there in March). We ended up just swimming in the ocean and using the hot tub (which worked fine), but the explanation for why the pool could not be heated made no sense. - We had several people drive to Hilton Head, and we bought the requisite number of parking passes which we received at check-in. However, we had several late arrivals (after the "Welcome Center" was closed), and we were told that there was no way to leave the passes with the guards at the gate. Consequently, this meant that someone had to run/walk/drive to the gate to deliver the car pass (to someone arriving after midnight). These are just a couple minor points on a great stay!

They could see in. They were in the house while we were packing, and the front porch was pouring water down the windows while we were leaving. It was really a bad way to end a great time.

The house was perfect for our group. There are some minor repairs that the house needs in the downstair bedroom, the blinds on the windows are disconnected and the tub panels are loose and there are stains on the carpet and the freezer would not open so well.

We had 12 golfer and had clubs everywhere and travel bags everywhere. I would recommend to the owner to permit at least one garage use aged so golf clubs could be stored. Better for the guest and the owner.

Wonderful House - Very Expensive

Spa not heated when we arrived although prepaid; took me several calls and a day to get it done;2. The garage and hence the elevator were not available, despite the very high rental price. I know this is the owners prerogative, but having owned a comparable house at Sea Island, GA, I think renters should have access to all major house features. Palmetto Dunes is a great location; central, excellent facilities, beautiful, excellent grocery stores nearby. No complaints. We enjoyed being near the Dunes House restaurant/bar, pickle ball courts, general store.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice house in great location, but spa didn't work and very minimal supplies (coffee, detergent, paper towels, etc) for such an expensive house. Had to buy several bags of ice because ice maker didn't work properly. Lastly, the last line on spa instruction sheet read "If too confusing suggest you go to beach.", which all eight of us found extremely obnoxious. Overall, though we paid $15k for a four night stay, the touches/extras that the homeowner provided were more like that of a motel. Bottom line is we had a great stay and would highly recommend Palmetto Dunes but we wouldn't go back to 11 Armada.

My family has been coming to Hilton head for decades. While the house itself was great, management was condescending and rude before we got to the island. One of the senior management Leaders ultimately apologized. While this helped, it suggests they do not value fully customer loyalty over their own issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a spectacular location and has all the amenities anyone would want. Everything is in great condition and well maintained. Just a couple of things were of concern. When we arrived one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned properly and we needed to call to get cleaned which was addressed quickly. The refrigerator had pieces of lettuce left in the drawer. We also had to call about garbage pickup and they finally got there on Friday.I also that it was very cheap that not parking passes were included in the rental. We had 3 cars and I thought at least 2 passes would be included but we had to pay for all 3.Hopefully this does not take away from the quality of the house because I would definitely rent again. It is spectacular!!!

Some issues we had included that both the pool and hot tub were not heated appropriately while the AC in some rooms was set at 74 which made those rooms uncomfortable.
