    STR Permit #028732 - Welcome to one of the best 2-bedroom villas on the island! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa is one of the closest units to the beach in the entire Ocean Breeze complex. Featuring an open floor plan, modern finishes, and a warm coastal charm, this villa offers everything you need for a relaxing Hilton Head getaway — and your furry friend is welcome too!



    The Space:

    Step inside and enjoy the open layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The main floor includes a stylish kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for four. The cozy living room features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and access to a private patio — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level. Guests have access to three seasonal pools (open April 1 – October 31) and an on-site tennis courts, all included with your stay. This property is pet-friendly — dogs are welcome with a $195 pet fee.

We enjoyed the rental. It was just a little far from the beach for us compared to what we have stayed at in the past. Area was nice though and we had no issues. Thank you!

Great condo

We have stayed in many of the Ocean Breeze units over the years. This is the closest to the bike and walking trail and very close to S Forrest Beach, so only about an 8 minute walk to the beach even with a toddler. Great location, clean, wonderful communication with manager. No complaints!

We had a wonderful time staying here for Memorial Day weekend! The place was clean and plenty of space for 4 people 1 dog. They provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a grill, which we throughly enjoyed during our stay. The complex was very nice, quiet, and dog-friendly, plenty of paths to walk on and dog waste stations on the property. And a nice tennis court that we enjoyed. The complex in between two public beach access points, both about a 10 minute walk and easy to get to. We had no issues during our stay, but our host, Rob, made sure to touch base and was easy to get in contact with if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to beach

Location was great. We had stayed at Tree Tops but never at Ocean Breeze. Will look to stay there again in the future. Liked that you can park so close to the condo. Kitchen had everything you needed except a sponge to wash dishes. Liked sitting on back porch. Was very peaceful. The cart and beach chairs came in handy. Only dislikes was living room furniture was very bulky and not that comfortable and cabinets in bathroom not easy to open. It was like a farm door but kept on coming off hinges. Also there was no hose to wash off sand from chairs.
