This Tennis Villas is on the 2nd Floor with quiet privacy with a gorgeous view of the resort Pond and Green Space. Quiet Enjoyment awaits at this location. 250-300 yards to the Sand and Pool

This Gorgeous Tennis Villas has a wonderful kitchen with full Appliances, Toaster, Blender, Microwave, Keurig & Drip Pot Coffee Maker, Full Dish Sets, Pots & Pan, Utensils and so much more.
Villa has all the Comforts of home with Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds in the guest Room. Couch is a sleeper Sofa.
Unit overlooks a beautiful natural pond for your peaceful relaxation on the Deck after a long day at the Pool or Beach.

BEACH CHAIRS: 2-3 Provided. Can Rent them off season from the Bike Rental Facility or from Shore Services on the Beach during season.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set for the Bed and Bunk Beds consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.
*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies

Perfect for families

This was absolutely perfect for our family! It was clean and attractive, and it was in a great location. They responded quickly when I had a concern (totally my fault), and check-in was easy. The beach and pool were a bit of a walk, but it was no problem with our wagon. The playground was also pretty close. Make sure to pay attention to the special events in the pool area. Movie night and karaoke at the pool were great, but we missed the other events. Also, the view of the lagoon from the balcony was so peaceful! We will definitely visit again!

Great Location, But Needs Serious Attention to Cleanliness and Comfort

We recently stayed at this property and while the location was fantastic, the overall cleanliness and comfort left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, we quickly noticed that many of the dishes, bowls, and silverware in the cabinets were not clean. Some were visibly dirty, which was pretty disappointing. We ended up running a full load in the dishwasher just to make sure we had clean items to use during our stay.In addition to the kitchen issues, the beds were not very comfortable — we had a hard time getting a good night's sleep. The living room chairs were also in poor condition and definitely not inviting for relaxing after a long day out.It’s a shame because the property really does have a lot of potential. With more attention to cleanliness and a few updates to the furniture, this could be a great place to stay. But as it stands now, we wouldn’t choose to return.(One late note: the property manager did send clear directions and a lot helpful info about activities and restaurants to consider on the island. We're grateful for that communication.)

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at the resort many times. It is our favorite on the island. Very convenient to everything and my teens enjoy the pool. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the lagoon view. Overall was a great deal. Will be back next year.

Nice area, clean condo, a bit outdated but still a very nice stay. Weather could have been better but no control over that. Also not realizing condo was on second floor it was a challenge to do the steps for us mid-late 70’ year olds but we survived ! Thank you

The property was in a great location with a pond out back that was nice to watch while relaxing on the back balcony. The only issue was with VRBO and locating the unit number for the property at check-in. The owner was very responsive in getting us the missing information.

Very comfortable Stay

The Villa was clean and we had all of the basic furnishings. Definitely bring all of the spices and condiments that you would normally use. The bed was very comfortable in the master room. The twin beds were good as well (according to our college aged daughter). The Villa is in a quiet area and has a beautiful view of the pond. We drove to the pool area instead of walking and there was plenty of spaces to park. The restaurants on the resort are convenient and have a typical type of menus that you would expect. The cocktail drinks were very good at all locations. Kevin (the manager) was very responsive and the information that he gave us was spot on. As far as the beach goes, it was very crowded and if you rent an umbrella and chairs, people will sit right in front of you and pitch the big tents. The only view you have, is of people's backs and tents. There were very little shells and the ones that were there, were tiny. Overall, we had a very nice stay...

Comfortable and safe stay!

This was our first time in HHI. We took our one year old and six year old with us and stayed at the Beach and Tennis resort. I like how the entrance to the condo had a security booth and the atmosphere was so friendly. It was quiet and beautiful all around. The condo was equipped with pretty much everything you need. The check in process was easy and smooth. Tennis courts are in a great condition. We had a great experience staying at the resort. Walking distance to folly field beach. I recommend this resort for staying with family.

Cute condo with great amenities at resort

This was a great place for myself and two adult kids for a short fall break. Great price and location. The furniture could use some updates but it was clean and we had a wonderful time! We rented bikes for the length of our stay and enjoyed riding on the beach.

Comfortable weekend getaway

Super easy rental/checkin/checkout. Clean unit on the surface, though carpet in bedrooms could definitely use a deep clean, and there were belongings from previous renters behind furniture. Furniture a little outdated, but fine. Appliances nice. Master bed very comfortable. Pretty view of pond with turtles :-) from deck. Took us about 5 min to walk to beach. Enjoyed the oceanfront pool, drinks from beachside restaurant (key lime frozen is amazing!), small fitness center was good too on a rainy morning. For the price, great experience. Would do it again.

Fantastic location close to the beach

Close enough to talk to the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. Kevin communicated with us quickly and the process was very easy. Checking in I was a bit confused about my unit number, but it turns out it's part of your Wi-Fi name-- other than that it was fantastic. Would repeat!

Covers basic beach needs

This property had what we needed for a beach trip with our kids. Love the amenities of HHB&T Resort. Unit was a little cramped - felt like there was too much furniture or it was just too big for the space (we stayed at another unit here last year and didn’t have this issue). Definitely can’t imagine having 6 people here as it was crowded with two adults and two kids and we aren’t over-packers. Also the unit could use a refresh. Mini blinds were broken and some could barely be turned to allow light in. Curtain rod held together by tape. Shower faucet was one step up from a garden hose. All that to say, this unit will give you what you need for a beach trip, just don’t expect any frills.

Family Vacation

Condo was as advertised, nice location and short drive to excellent restaurants and shopping. Pool is huge and the pool side bar and grill are a plus. Kevin is very responsive and accommodating for all of our last minute requests. Will definitely stay here again next year.
