The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in was super easy. The price was great. It was a bit of a walk to the beach carrying all of our beach stuff. The beach chairs at the condo were broken so we couldn't use them, that was a bummer. The TV remote wouldn't work so we couldn't watch TV. We had to put a blanket up over the bedroom blinds because the outside light blared in and made the room too bright to sleep. I wish there were curtains in the dining/kitchen area so people couldn't see in at night. I wish we would have been made aware that the 2 lower floors were getting major renovations, it was super, super loud and we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. The condo itself it great and I'd stay again when the renovations on the other levels were finished. I loved the grounds and the security the area had.

I would like to preface this review by saying that the property itself was not bad, but we felt it was misrepresented. This is the first time we have experienced this with a VRBO property. The photos made the place look much better than it actually was. It could stand a remodel or deep cleaning. This may be a waste of time because I noticed one complaint about the hallway lights shining into the master bedroom from 4 years ago still hasn't been addressed. This was absolutely annoying and could be remedied by curtains. The chairs for the beach need to be thrown away. They were rusty and tattered and could simply be replaced relatively cheap. The cooking utensils were lacking to say the least. The largest skillet was roughly 8" in diameter. Those are basically useless for preparing a meal for a family. In addition, there wasn't even a baking sheet. If you want ice, plan on buying it or filling up cracked ice trays because there was no icemaker. The digital display on the microwave was difficult to read due to so many lights being defective. The bathtub in the master bath had a "bounce" to it. Whoever installed it did so incorrectly. It was not installed on a mortar bed, and a large person will eventually crack it. The listing also did not disclose that construction was taking place on the property. The entire 2nd and 3rd floor was shut down because of it. There were construction trailers everywhere. I called the property manager on our 2nd day but never received a call back.

Perfect location but

The condo was in the perfect location. This unit is on the corner so there’s an ocean view off the balcony. The walk to the beach was quick however the unit is on the end without the elevator. The unit itself could use a new coat of paint and deep cleaning. Lastly, the primary room has a window which leads to the hallway and the lights blare into the room. I would stay again simply for the easy access to the beach!
