Villamare has the most premier outdoor pool amenity complex on Hilton Head Island! The primary outdoor pool and hot tub have been expanded, and we've built a separate adult 'Serenity Area' with its own outdoor pool and hot tub.

Our bright, open living space features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, beach and the Atlantic Ocean! The living room sectional expands into a massive lounger for all!

Villamare is the closest resort to Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center, Hilton Head Outfitters for bike or kayak rental, and the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All just a quick walk away!

From any of the four fourth floor balconies, you'll overlook Villamare’s courtyard pond and fountain, pool, beach and Atlantic Ocean. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Your health and safety is our top concern, so our cleaning crew utilizes thorough sanitation and disinfecting protocols before every stay. In addition, our A/C system is equipped with air purification that improves indoor air quality and eliminates viruses.

The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, and the dining area seats six. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two and stainless-steel appliances. We have all the cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware that you could need. We have both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your use.

The living room sectional features a pop-up cushion that instantly converts the sofa to a massive lounger with enough room for the whole family. Check it out in the pics!

The master bedroom has an open floor plan with king bed and freestanding bathtub. From this bedroom, as well as the living area, there is access to the main balcony with stunning ocean views! The balcony is well shaded in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee, or you can look forward to having a glass of wine with a nice breeze in the evening! The master bath is private to the bedroom with a double granite-top vanity and a private shower. This room includes a desk for those who choose to keep up with work, and there are room-darkening shades for those who wish to sleep in!

The spacious second bedroom has two queen beds and a private balcony, versatile to accommodate children or adults. The bathroom is private to the bedroom and features a granite double-vanity and a private shower. Room darkening shades are also provided in this bedroom.

Lushly landscaped grounds greet you with palmetto palms and lagoons throughout the Villamare complex, maintaining the tropical vibe felt throughout the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Fully renovated in 2024, enjoy two new pool complexes! The family area features a large outdoor pool with a shallow-entry end for the young ones, as well as a massive hot tub. The 'Serenity' area features a separate outdoor pool and hot tub for adults only. There is extensive lounge seating and umbrellas throughout, as well as private restrooms. The grilling area right next to our building has four gas grills with ample seating overlooking the ocean.

Villamare’s private boardwalk with outdoor showers leads you to the vast beach of Hilton Head Island. Our building has the closest beach access in Villamare.

The indoor health club building includes a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, fitness center and sauna.

Other features of our condo include high-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, board games and a 65-inch TV with Netflix in the living room. Both bedrooms have 55-inch TVs with Netflix. We provide six beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, koozies and tumblers.

Please note that we do not have a 'house phone' in the unit.

We have a Pack-n-Play for your use, as well as some beach toys. We will send you recommended providers if you wish to rent baby or beach gear during your stay.

Luggage carts are available at the parking level of our building, and there is a commercial ice maker to load up your cooler!

You'll have easy access to the unit with a keypad door code.

Parking passes for the Palmetto Dunes Resort are $35 per vehicle up to one week and are paid directly to Palmetto Dunes upon arrival.

On a final note, please be aware that guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property, and Villamare has a very strict dog policy. Any infractions are subject to a heavy fine by Property Management.
