Escape to your beautifully renovated Queens Grant Villa, just steps to the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Your TurnKey single floor villa, located in the renowned Palmetto Dunes Plantation, is located next to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and award-winning Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, with many dining and shopping options nearby. This 2-bed, 2-bath vacation rental offers a gorgeous large furnished deck with beautiful views of the lagoon.

Living Area

Inside your 1,450 sq foot villa has a beautiful open luxurious floor plan and breathtaking high vaulted ceilings along with an outside deck and much more! Gorgeous furnishings in the living area where you can relax, read a book, watch a movie on your 55" TV, or play a game from from the game closet.

Kitchen/ Dining

Your beautifully updated kitchen is well equipped for anything from making a delicious cup of coffee (from your Espresso maker, Keurig or Coffee Pot) to baking your favorite pies or desserts, and everything in between. Enjoy using any of your amenities which include omelet maker, waffle maker, and blenders for your morning smoothies and much more.

Bed / Bath

Your single level condo can comfortably sleep 6 to 8 people. The master suite has a king size bed and a beautifully updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for your comfort and plenty of closet/drawer space to fit your needs. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main living area.

Outdoor Deck

Your secluded, furnished, private deck is accessible through sliding doors from both main living area and master bedroom. It is a beautiful area to sit and relax or prepare a meal on your gas grill.

A service court off the kitchen provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs, etc.

The Dunes Buggy Shuttle is a FREE shuttle service that picks you up at the villa and takes you anywhere within Palmetto Dunes or to Shelter Cove. It runs 8am-9pm in the summer.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Wonderful Stay in Hilton Head, SC

Our stay at Palmetto Dunes was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very kind and responsive. It is in a convenient location to the pools and beach. We enjoyed walking the resort area, swimming, and relaxing. Hilton Head has many great restaurants with outstanding food. Our visit to the area was great.

Wonderful property, beuatiful location. The property contain everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We had problems with the cable TV, but the owners were very helpful in rectifying the problem. Very quick response time. We hope to be able to use the property again in thew future.

Short Stay Getaway

The property was perfect in all ways. Location, amenities and description were on point. There were a couple situations while we were there, one of which made the 2nd bathroom shower unuseable, The bed provided good rest and the neighbors were delightful. I would tecommend this property.

We made dol-friends!

Debbie was communicative and easy to reach. Condo is and feels very spacious. We loved having a washer and dryer in unit. Having two bathrooms was also great. All rooms were good sizes. Master bed was quite comfortable. Guest beds were on the thinner side, so not as comfy. Although many said the island itself doesn’t require a rental car, we found it reasonably priced and advantageous. Having a pool within walking distance was nice, as was the short ride to Coligny Beach. The living room was a cozy place for us to have our coffee in the morning. Too many positives about this rental to write. Definitely stay here!!!

Great Place

We loved staying at this VRBO. Super clean. Stocked with all amenities, the kitchen was the best equipped of any vacation rental I have ever stayed in. There is a pool right behind the unit, just a few steps from the back deck. The unit was very spacious, we had 4 people staying there but you could easily have a few more and not feel cramped at all. We biked to the beach most days. There are a couple bike racks around the unit.

Had an amazing stay here! Everything is exactly as listed! Debbie was very easy to communicate with. The pool is literally steps from the back deck. 10 minute walk to the beach. Considering book this for next year! You will not be disappointed!!!

Great place, great stay

Very nice place in Palmetto Dunes. Close enough to the ocean, the General Store and the pickleball, tennis courts. The host responds quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Would recommend!

Great place to stay for the week or a long weekend!

We have stayed at this property a couple of times. The owners are fabulous to work with, the property is clean, spacious, and close to everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could ever need, they also have a wagon and cooler to use for the beach, If you take your own bikes there is storage outside the kitchen door which is secure. I highly recommend this as a rental.

The unit was better than the photos. It's very close to the pool and has all the beach accessories you want. The kitchen also had all the necessary items (coffee makers, cooking utensils). Plenty of parking too!

This home and location were perfect for our family of 5. We loved that the pool is literally steps away in the backyard yet there is still plenty of privacy. Very spacious living area and master bedroom. Everything was clean and the host was easy to communicate with.

Great access to Hilton Head

Everything was great. From checking in to checking out. Walking distance to the beach (.5 miles), alligators in the pond, walking / running paths, fun general store, very quite, very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

First Family trip to HHI

The owner of this property is super friendly and helpful! The place was very clean with everything that you need to feel comfortable and right at home. Having a TV in each bedroom was a nice touch. Our twin boys were able to watch Netflix just as they do at home and settle in for the night. In fact, one boy said that the bed here is more comfortable then his bed at home...haha! The beach is a bike ride or short drive away. We packed up the van and parked at the Dune House each day. The food there smelled amazing, so you could definitely kick-back and enjoy lunch or dinner (they close at 8:00). Another plus is the pool that is directly behind the villa. Super easy access and loads of fun! If fishing is your thing, there is a channel that runs behind the villa as well. We were fortunate enough to witness a fella catch a huge speckled trout! We all took pictures and released it safely back into the water. We had a wonderful time, made tons of memories, and can't wait to return!!

Summer camp for adults

Pleasantly surprised by this home. Everything was updated. Not a speck of “old” or “mold” to be found. Right by the pool. Host was very attentive to any requests we had. Immediate response. We rented bicycles and used the local bus service. Barely used the car. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Perfect Southern Retreat

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we couldn't have chosen a more beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Everything is brand new and decorated with calm, soothing colours and fabrics. From the minute we arrived at the door with the welcoming wreath of roses, we felt at home. We were able to relax and unwind after a busy family wedding which was just what we wanted. The location in Hilton Head is excellent. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. Every morning, I could just step off the deck and walk a few steps to the pool and have a swim all to myself. We loved having our own private deck with comfy chairs where we could just sit with a cup of tea and read our books next to a big shady tree. There's also a gas grill but we never got around to using it. We really just chilled. Other than a day trip to Beaufort, we hardly used the car. We rented bikes with baskets and cycled everywhere. The beach is close by and a Kroger's and shopping centre is just across the main road into the resort. Our host, Debbie, answered every email promptly and graciously. Even though we've never met, we felt like we were staying in a friend's house. We were sad to leave and hope it's not too long before we can come again.
