The Space:
The Atlantic is never far away at 168 Beachwalk - a fully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa tucked inside Shipyard Plantation, one of Hilton Head Island's most coveted gated communities. Spend your mornings on the deck watching the morning light settle over the lagoon, your afternoons at the beach just a three-minute walk away, and your evenings unwinding in rooms that feel completely fresh from floor to ceiling.
The space
Designed as a single-level, open-plan end-unit, the villa is flooded with natural light and comfortably fits up to six guests. The layout flows easily between living, dining, and kitchen - making it as practical for a family trip as it is for a group of friends. Coastal beach décor runs throughout, giving every room a relaxed, breezy feel that matches the island setting.
Living & dining
The living room centers around a fireplace and has a queen sofabed for additional sleeping. Sliders open directly onto the deck, framing views of the lagoon and golf course while letting the breeze in. A dining table seats six comfortably, and a well-stocked collection of games means rainy afternoons are covered too.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. No grocery run shortcuts needed here.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1 offers a king bed. Bedroom 2 has both a queen and a full bed, sleeping three across two beds. The queen sofabed in the living room rounds out the sleeping options for a full group of six. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are spa-like in feel, with a bathtub available if you want to wind down properly after a day in the sun. Hot water, a hair dryer, cleaning products, and all essential toiletries are included - note that shampoo is not provided, so pack your own.
Outdoors
Step through the living room sliders onto the deck, where there's space to dine, read, and breathe in the lagoon and golf course views. The complex pool is just a few hundred feet away, and the beach and beach club - the closest within Shipyard - is a three-minute walk. Bike paths wind for miles through the surrounding scenery if you want to explore further afield.
Location
Beachwalk sits within Shipyard Plantation, between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes. Directly across the street is the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort.
