Luxury VIP Oceanfront 6 BR Private home with spectacular ocean views in Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island. Living room, dining area, kitchen and four bedrooms have wonderful ocean views. Four King beds, two queen beds and two bunk beds with doubles on the bottom, twin on top and trundles under allows the home to sleep 20 people. Master suite is on the main floor. What a great family vacation spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning and the moon rise in the evening. Walk right out to the beach or relax in the oceanfront pool and hot tub. Wonderful outdoor living space with large oceanfront veranda and large oceanfront pool deck. Private BBQ grill to enjoy on the pool deck. Now even a putting green out back to practice. Perfect location and views. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 111 Dune in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

111 Dune lane has high ceilings in the living room with an open kitchen so you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean views. Gourmet kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and gas stove allow you to prepare the gourmet meals for the entire family. Oceanfront dining area with kitchen bar stools provide plenty of seating for meals. Take the meals outside and enjoy poolside too. Enjoy foosball table and ping pong. Extra refrigerator in the garage also.

Master suite is on the main floor with an en suite full bath with double vanity and hot tub. All three oceanfront suites upstairs include a king size bed along with en suite baths. The fifth bedroom has two queen beds and shares the bath with the oceanfront bedroom, perfect for parents and kids. The sixth bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a double on the bottom, twin on the top and each has a trundle too. Free wifi included. There is parking for five cars, three in the garage and two in the driveway. Pool can be heated for $150 per day or $850 per week. We have a minimum of four day stays in the spring and fall with a seven day minimum in the summer.

Forest Beach area has many shops and restaurants at Coligny Center just a short drive or easy bike ride. There are bike paths a short distance away or ride the bikes on the beach. Fly a kite, go fishing or just relax and tan on the beach or beside the oceanfront pool. Over 17 miles of white sandy beaches or 117 miles of bike paths to enjoy. Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses, 400 tennis courts and pickle ball courts, 200 restaurants and over 250 shops. The house is very nice and the location is amazing but needs attention we replaced lightbulbs, the one garage door opener did not work. A nice workman came to work on that.Some people came and replaced worn out cushions at the end of our stay. When on vacation I don’t want to have to deal with maintenance work.

Checkin was fairly simple. The checkin place was close by, although do feel like it could have been emailed instead of picking it up. The house was great. Absolutely Beautiful views! The sleeping arrangements were nice. Large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. There were lots of beach toys available to use as well as some beach chairs. There were also lots of beach towels. The backyard was great, loved the pool and hot tub! We used the turf area a lot as well! It was a very quick easy walk over the dunes to the beach. The Coligny area is great! Great place to walk and ride bikes. The area is beautiful and close to many other attractions in the area. We had a great stay at this house and would stay there again!

Wonderful family home

We loved the house, pool and having the beach right there. The putting green was a huge hit. Be sure to bring some putters. The bedrooms are all so big and beautifully decorated. The girls and boys loved their rooms. We had a few questions that were answered immediately. Be sure to rent some bikes for the beach.. The only thing I wish was that there was a list of what is in the garage. They had many chairs and boogie boards there. It’s just good to know so we didn’t have to bring them or rent them. Thery did say there were a lot of beach toys and that was true. The kids had a blast.

The house is beautiful and housed our group of 12 adults perfectly. The pool, hot tub , putting green were all a big hit. View was fabulous The check in process wasn’t difficult but seemed unnecessary to drive to a different location to pick up a packet that had info that could have been emailed We would highly recommend the property.

We came as a group of four families and had a wonderful week. We loved the proximity to the beach, the pool, and the house itself. Great bedroom setup for a big group. And we were able to ride bikes to shops, ice cream, etc.

An Unforgettable Holiday

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home.The location is ideal, offering beautiful ocean views from every bedroom (except for the kids’ room). The only downside to the stunning east-facing views is that the sun rises early, making it difficult to get a full night’s rest with the lack of shades on the upper side of all the windows; but this is a minor inconvenience given the beauty of the setting.The property boasts plenty of storage space, and the pool and jacuzzi were a big hit. The jacuzzi heated up quickly and the putting green provided hours of fun for the whole family.The home is listed as sleeping 20, but it more comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. The only common area is a spacious living room with one couch and four large chairs, which initially seemed a bit limiting. However, it ended up being a pleasant surprise, as it naturally brought everyone together in one space.The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, but it could benefit from a few additional items, such as a tea kettle and larger pots for bigger meals. One tip—before you buy bottled water, check the refrigerator as there is a water dispenser inside! There is also a second refrigerator downstairs in the open basement, which is helpful for larger groups.All in all, we were very happy with our stay. Despite a few small quirks, this home provided excellent value for the price, and we had an unforgettable vacation.Thank you, Robert, for being such a wonderful host!

Annual Family Getaway

My wife and I rent a place for our 4 daughters, their husbands and 10 grand kids somewhere every year. We had the best time here! Perfect location on the beach, pool, hot tub, games for the kids and tons of pool and ocean toys. Amazing ocean views from most bedrooms, lots of great "hang out" space inside and out. It was a very short and pleasant bike ride to Coligney plaza which made shopping, grabbing groceries, or listening to some dude playing guitar while you sip adult beverages, easy and relaxing.The place was a little high tech for us compared to other rentals (great built in sound system, remote controlled electric mini blinds and built in hot tub). That said, a phone call or two and, BAM, we had an answer or someone quickly showed up to help us out! (We found the instructions later :)) A family favorite...we shall return!

Best Vacation ever!

We had friends and family arrive and depart throughout the week. The house was perfect - we enjoyed every square inch. Who knew the laundry room would bring so much joy! Tie dolphins swimming by in the mornings, and the deer running through the grass were bonus guests! Can’t wait until we return.

Nothing short of perfect

Stunning ocean views and a pool that is perfect for children and adults. The home was well stocked and its location is close enough to bike to Coligny Plaza, but escapes the public beach crowd. We had an amazing time and will rent again.

Sea forever

Great location on the beach with very comfortable beds and overall private beach. We even had room to set up a sand volleyball court. management responded to an AC issue within an hour! Little ones loved the pool and putting/chipping area. Perfect for our family of 16.

Beach Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 17 (10 adults and 7 children ages 4-9) The property was just perfect and the view amazing. Spent lots of time on the beach, riding bikes, went to Harbor Town, enjoyed many of the local restaurants near us. Everyone said this was the best vacation location so far. Kids had a blast with the pool and loved the green area behind the pool. Played miniature golf, played whiffle ball, soccer and football. The property manager was very responsive. We'd highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great Beach House

Perfect location, beautiful home. There was a lot more than on the website. We rented bikes and beach chairs but they had bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Two refrigerators and freezers were very useful. You can park 6 cars if needed in the garages and driveway. They need to update the info on garbage since there is no recycling pickup, just trash on both days.

Wedding anniversary

Overall the property inside and out was superior. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. We were a party of twelve. Six adults (parents/grandparents) with six children under twelve. Sleeping arrangements worked well for everyone. The house is very quiet inside and out(the neighborhood is single family homes and quiet). The check-in process was easy, quick and efficiently managed by two ladies. The property manager was quick to reply and helpful with questions that arose. Incidentals that needed attention were also settled promptly. A few positive features not mentioned or overlooked by me in the property description were: 1) the two car garage was available for our use; 2) an additional refridgerator/freezer in the garage; 3) the pool depth averages about 4 feet, give or take, throughout (ideal for children);4) wine fridge behind the main floor bar. The beach was a very short jaunt over the dune. It was wide and uncrowded. The water was very warm with small waves and a gradually sloping bottom. The Piggly-Wiggly(well stocked) is less than a mile along a pleasant sidewalk. We would and likely may rent this property again.
