Hi Bill, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - The listing accurately advertises the size of the condo as 500 sq. ft, and the photos show all rooms and furnishings. - There should be room to shut the bedroom door, and the owners will check to see if the bed needs to be pushed back. - They recently replaced 80% of the towels with new, high-quality ones, and they see if any others should be replaced as well. - All guests are sent check-in instructions and information about the property before their arrival, and we encourage you to reach out to the guest contact should you have any questions!

After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, however, we do not supply our guests with sunscreen, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and other gear. We provide sufficient towels for the number of guests to use in the condo, and the resort supplies towels that can be used for the pool or hot tub. There are also laundry facilities in the complex should guests need fresh towels -With regards to the pool, hours and pool regulations are located on the pool gate -We like to emphasize that guests should read the pre-stay email. We confirmed that we sent out the check-in instructions a month before the booking reservation to confirm all the necessary information needed for your stay. Unfortunately, we do not provide instructions for the cable TV. If you had any questions, we wish you would have let us know so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay -The home was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the day before your arrival, including mopping and vacuuming The owners have worked hard to prepare the home for guests, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
