Sea Pines is one of the best areas of the island, sporting many outdoor adventures such as a round of golf at Heron Point or Harbour Town Golf Links just a short drive away. Take a day to explore Harbour Town where you can meander through boutiques and check out the famous candy-striped lighthouse. For a bit more adventure, rent a few bicycles or kayaks to explore the island from a unique perspective!

Pool Heat Information:

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible!



This property has a pool that can be heated between September 1 and May 25 for an additional fee of $95/night. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and its private pool.

This home is located in the desirable Sea Pines area of Hilton Head Island, offering convenient access to the beach, golf, dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.

A car is recommended to reach and explore the home and surrounding areas



Other Things to Note:

For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.

Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.





Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to know: There is a $200 pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
