Whether you're here to chase birdies on the fairways, paddle the 11-mile lagoon, or simply decompress with your feet in the sand, this charming one-bedroom condo puts it all within easy reach.

 

Living space

Step inside to a sunlit living room designed for genuine relaxation. Natural light fills the space, complemented by a large TV and comfortable seating for up to four guests. The private, covered patio just off the living area offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery - a quiet corner for morning coffee or an evening wind-down after a day of exploring the island.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. Stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table completes the setup so you can eat in whenever you prefer.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a queen bed dressed in fresh linens, with hangers and an iron available for longer stays. The common space offers a sofa bed, giving the condo comfortable sleeping options for up to four guests. A washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and keep things fresh throughout your stay.

 

Bathrooms

The condo includes 1.5 bathrooms, with a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products provided. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included as part of the standard essentials.

 

Resort & outdoor access

As a Palmetto Dunes guest, you'll have access to the community's shared pool and tennis court. The surrounding resort offers far more to explore - golf courses, biking trails, kayaking and canoeing on the lagoon, and direct beach access are all part of what makes this community stand out. From mid-March through mid-September, the complimentary Dunes Buggy on-demand transportation service runs throughout Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove, making it easy to get around without the car.

 

Practical details

The condo features self check-in via smart lock, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a private entrance. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are all in place.

 

Please Note:

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Dog Friendly - 1 dog up to 25lbs max. $250 non-refundable fee for the dog. Dog is not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave your furry friend alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.



Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
