Dette feriestedet er perfekt for friluftsentusiaster, og tilbyr et privat basseng og fiskehavn med en vakker utsikt over lagunen, stort dekk og uteservering.

Dette 4-roms hjemmet ligger i et rolig nabolag i det berømte feriestedet Palmetto Dunes, og i nærheten av alle fasiliteter på feriestedet. Dette hjemmet ligger i gangavstand til sykkel- og kanoutleie, General Store og flere restauranter, tre offentlige golfbaner og et topp rangert tennissenter. It was cute, great location, and it worked for us. We loved the pool! As a whole, it needs some work. Some lights didn’t work, our dishwasher didn’t work and the grill temperature was hard to control.

Great location and had everything we were looking for. Each car does need to purchase a resort gate pass for the week. The house had a beach cart and extra beach toys and chairs and umbrellas to use. We had a great time!

Great property that is showing its age in some places. Love the new kitchen and it was well supplied. The only real problem was the beds. Not really comfortable and SQUEAKED LIKE CRAZY even if you had the slightest movement or turn. Had the same mention by both other parties in our group. Replacing these would be a major improvement!!!

Wonderful family vacation home!

This home is incredibly comfortable for multiple families to enjoy. There’s plenty of indoor seating, beds and outdoor lounge chairs to enjoy. The pool overlooking the lagoon is perfect, as well. We spent many hours visiting and letting the kids play. The ocean is a short walk away, and the Palmento Dunes resort was picturesque, safe and had amenities onsite like a cute general store with food, necessities and treats. We would definitely return to this special place!

Great rental

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 small children. Very nice kitchen and appliances. The added ice maker is a real convenience for trips to the beach. Beautiful deck, pool, gas grill and dock on the canal. The walk to the beach is very reasonable. We would recommend this house for a nice stay at HIlton Head.

Room to breath

The property is lovely! We enjoyed gathering in the large, well-equipped kitchen-keeping room area, as well as the living room area and outdoor pool area. The bedrooms are spacious as well. There’s a great game and reading cabinet too. Our family had plenty of room to spread out, and we had a great time. If you have children, you might want to make sure they wear shoes when going on the deck…the deck is a bit rough. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

Best trip

Our week in this home was our first time in Hilton Head and it was fantastic!!! The home was great. The location was perfect. Near everything. The house was comfortable and spacious for the eight of us. And the pool was perfection!!! It was very easy to get in touch with the property manager and there were no complications at all. Would very highly recommend this property and would definitely visit again!

Fantastic

The flexible floor plan, amenities in home, very convenient location on lagoon, steps to beach, short walk to tennis, boogie boards and cinnamon rolls at Country Store, bikes, kayaks, pool, dock, grill, and every basic need we wanted in the house was there for us, from linens to TVs. Our 4 teenage grandsons had their bunk room with bath-perfect. While the home was well appointed, it was comfortable enough so that we did not have to walk on pins and needles, we could relax. Our whole family takes their shoes off at the door at home or away, minimizing sand on the wood floors. We could feel at ease and enjoy being in the home. The management team answered us promptly whenever we had a question. One adult had to work some while there hooked up to the WIFI. All of us had a fantastic vacation and we are still talking about it. Grandma Jan

Best house - don’t waste your time looking for another

This house is perfect. My family has been staying here for years. There have been updates that make it even better. The pool is fantastic and the walk to the beach is short. Truly look no further in finding a home. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect for family

What a wonderful place for family. Updated furnishing. A nice kitchen. Lotsof room. But the best-the pool! Everyone enjoyed it. Also very peaceful sitting outside. Walk to the beach not too far-we learned to drop our stuff off so we didn’t have to drag it while walking.

Relaxing property

Our stay at this beautiful home was relaxing and fun. Everyone was taken aback with the beauty of the inside and outside. We spent a lot of time on the back porch area relaxing by the pool and watching all the wildlife. The pool and the house are much larger than we had expected. Our family of 11 had plenty of room to spread out. We would highly recommend this house and would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful, spacious home on the lagoon

My family stayed at this beautiful, spacious home on the lagoon with our 3 kids and grandparents. The pool was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool and the wildlife around the lagoon. We saw many herons and an alligator lazily swimming in the lagoon. The beach was a short walk across a bridge in the neighborhood. The grandparents liked it since it was a one level home with spacious rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances were updated and top of the line. The neighborhood is in a gated community and very well maintained. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The owners were wonderful. They were always available and easily reachable and kept us updated via texts and emails. Definitely recommend to families with kids and grandparents. Hope to come back again in the future.

Wonderful vacation house

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to the beach and wonderful accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and view of the lagoon. Everyone had a place they could go to and was very happy to be there.

Perfect House for our Family Vacation

A great place to stay! Our 3 adult children all live in different states so we try to meet up each Spring for some family time together. Unfortunately we have not been able to travel for the last 2 years so It was very important to find a great place for all of us and we were not disappointed. I booked the home in September and when I went to pay my second payment in January I looked at the reviews and was a little skeptical since there were a few recent bad reviews. I emailed Jim and he assured me the owner was working on the items in question so I went ahead and kept the place and I am so glad we did. The back yard/pool area was great, there was a refrigerator by the outside grill so the grandkids (and big kids) didn't need to run in the house to grab a drink. The pool had lots of room for everyone (we had 10) There was plenty of sun and shady options to sit or lay out in. There was a place to hook up a hammock we had two and they fit perfectly by the trees close to the lagoon. We saw many beautiful birds while there, we even got to watch an egret grab a fish from the lagoon and eat it in a nearby tree. The house set up with 2 bedrooms on each side of the house with the kitchen and living rooms between was great for our family. The living room furniture was recently replaced and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with for our big family. I did bring a griddle and Keurig coffee pot to help with our breakfast meals. We had just a couple hiccups that were not the properties fault, the garbage man didn't stop at our house and the pool heater didn't work for a day or so, both were resolved quickly with a text message to Jim. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many trails in the community. We all had a great time. ~Merri

We have been coming to this house for many years. It does need some updating at this point. Furniture in family room is very old and deck by the lagoon is almost unsafe at this point. We would love to come back but would recommend some updating.

Can't recommend

This rental appears to be purely an investment property -- that is not being invested in. The furniture is "tired" -- and that's putting it kindly. Very, very uncomfortable. The property desperately needs a pain job throughout. I did not report my following complaints about cleanliness because there would have been no point. The problem is the place needs to be deep cleaned. The floors, for example, had been mopped -- but not really cleaned. I hate to complain because I don't think the issue is the cleaning crew. They tidy up and spot clean in the time they are given -- but there's no serious cleaning going on. That's not their fault. Some kitchen items need replaced -- coffee pot is on its last leg and the mixer works erratically. The deck is lovely. The neighborhood is lovely. I would say it's more than a 5-minute walk to the beach if you have small children and gear, but it's not far. In a nutshell, for the money we paid, we expected more comfort and much cleaner facilities. Finally, check- in was a cluster. The gate house said they didn't have us registered. Had to get out of the long line and call the property manager. Representative insisted the passes were waiting for us. They were not. Finally got things straightened out -- the fault was not with the gate house, but rather the property manager/owner. All very frustrating - had 2 toddlers in tow and had just made a 13-hour drive. The process literally took 40 minutes and involved getting in and out of line twice. I have never posted this sort of review before. But our experience was not pleasant.

Desperate need of cleaning and basic maintenance

Interior paining needed especially on the ceilings where there has been water damage and around the air vents that have either black mold or dirt around them. Exterior needs cleaned. Just sweeping the decks & front porch prior to a new group arriving would be nice. Cleaning crew did a poor job prior to our stay. The wood floors had dirt under & around the beds & thick cobwebs in the corners . Bathroom shared by 2 bedrooms needs updated & cleaned. Master bath has been updated but needed cleaned. Master was the only bedroom with a tv. A vacation home should have a tv in each bedroom. A little basic maintenance & TLC would make this a great place to stay. Owner doesn’t seem to care about the property. We won’t stay there again.

Family vacay

We had an amazing time.. close to everything. Love the private pool. Big enough to Entertain the family. Only complaint was on the masters room 2 of the pillows smell like throw-up 🤮 thats why I didn't give 5 starts.. everything else was enough for a rental!
