Situated just inside the entrance to the Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort, a picturesque lane leads to the popular St. Andrews complex and this cheerfully decorated second-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa. Just steps from your private entrance is the St. Andrews pool area (open April through September) complete with plenty of seating, shade, sun, and views of the nearby lagoon and wildlife. From this centrally located condo, enjoy strolls and bike rides through lush landscapes, all within a mile of white sandy beaches, 3 championship golf courses, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, a beachfront bar and restaurant at the Dunes House, and world-class shops and restaurants at the Shelter Cove Marina. The free Dunes Buggy shuttle service also is available in the summer season.

Palmetto Dunes also offers the quaint and fun Palmetto Dunes General Store and Hilton Head Outfitters, where you can rent bikes or kayaks that can be used to explore the miles of nearby lagoons.

After an amazing day of adventure or relaxation, return to your villa, equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Skylight windows and cathedral ceilings welcome you into a spacious dining room containing a large farmhouse-inspired wooden dining table. Beyond the dining area, step down into the sunken living area which is decorated in neutral colors with pops of blue and grey. It is home to a long, deep-seated couch, two comfy barrel chairs and a smart TV. The living room also features a cozy window seat which provides the perfect space to relax before you start your day or snuggle up with a good book. Two sets of French doors lead to a spacious wraparound porch with views of the lush natural landscaping. The full kitchen, complete with granite countertops, is close enough to keep the refreshments coming, and completely stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils should you decide to “dine in.”

Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with the main bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed, TV, private balcony entrance and en suite bathroom. The guest room features a comfy queen bed and TV, with a second bathroom located just outside. Up the spiral staircase is a unique loft area equipped with a cozy full-size bed and smart tv. Each bedroom provides plenty of closet and storage space.

The villa is equipped with central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and starter supplies so you can begin enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
