Salt air, wide decks, and the sound of the surf set the tone here. This third-row retreat puts you moments from the sand on Hilton Head Island, with room to spread out across six spacious bedroom suites and multiple levels of outdoor living.

Living space

The open-concept living area is bright and airy, with natural light pouring in and plenty of room for the whole group to gather. A wet bar on the upper floor makes evening drinks easy, and the smart TVs throughout mean movie nights are covered. A dedicated workspace is also on hand if anyone needs to check email between beach trips.

Sleeping arrangements

Six private bedroom suites offer 19 guests plenty of room to spread out, and two of the suites open onto ocean-view balconies - a great spot for morning coffee. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking as a group, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, plus cooking basics and dishes and silverware for everyone. Barbecue utensils are on hand for grilling out back, and the dining table gives you a spot to sit down together at the end of the day.

Bathroom

Six bathrooms keep mornings simple for a large group, each stocked with a bathtub, hair dryer, cleaning products, and hot water.

Outdoor space

Step outside to a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a private pool - the heart of the outdoor living here. Multiple decks give you space for al fresco dining, sunset views, and quiet evenings outside. Please note fireplaces are decorative only, and pool heating can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.

Just a short walk to the beach, you're also close to Folly Field, known for its natural beaches, tennis, and biking trails - plenty to explore without needing to drive far.

Good to know

This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy, and a private entrance keeps things simple for larger groups. Parking includes one garage space and three driveway spaces. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* Pool heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
