The sliding glass doors open to a newly renovated private deck with a table and chairs to enjoy relaxing as you overlook the lagoon, perfect for your morning coffee or your favorite evening drink.

Walking into the villa you’ll feel immediately welcomed by the spacious and open floor plan and dimmers to adjust to your lighting moods. To your right is an inviting guest bedroom with a queen size bed, full closet, flat screen LED TV, and private renovated bath with a tub and shower.

To the left of the foyer is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a top of the line Breville espresso machine for your favorite coffee brews. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the laundry closet conveniently located at the end of the kitchen.

Just off the living area you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom with king bed and mattress plus topper, furniture-built ins, an LED flat-screen TV, and large windows overlooking the lagoon. There’s a private, newly renovated primary bath with double vanities, walk-in shower and full closet.

On the second floor is a loft-style bedroom with two twin size beds, a TV, private bath and double vanities and full closet.

Guests staying at this property can access the oceanfront Hampton Place community pool, hot tub and grill area.

This property has two assigned spots directly in front of the condo. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000-acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, 32 pickleball and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and more. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
