  • Denne leiligheten har blitt vakkert oppdatert gjennom hele. Når du går inn, er kjøkkenet til venstre. Kjøkkenet har alle hvitevarer i rustfritt stål, granitt benkeplater og er fullt utstyrt for å møte dine kulinariske behov. Utover det åpne kjøkkenet er spisestuen med plass til seks. Kjøkkenbaren har ekstra sitteplasser for to. I stuen er det montert flatskjerm-TV sammen med en stor skyveknapp som åpner opp til din private balkong og utsikt over Atlanterhavet. Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng, montert flatskjerm-TV og eget bad med eget bad. Master Badet har en granitt dobbel forfengelighet og pent oppdatert flis dusjkabinett. Gjestesoverommet har to tvillinger og en flatskjerm-TV. The Guest Bathroom er oppdatert også med sin granitt forfengelighet og flislagt badekar og dusj kombinasjon. Utendørs er det plass til spisestue mens du ser ut over Barrington fellesskap og Atlanterhavet!

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful - highly recommend

Fourth floor end unit, very private. Beautiful, serene view from balcony overlooking lagoon with a view to the ocean. Nicely designed floorplan for privacy with bedrooms at opposite sides. Very nice hard flooring throughout, no rugs to catch dirt or dust. Compact kitchen and stacked washer/dryer with everything needed for an extended stay. Big dining room table for meals and board games. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again. Just a few issues: i) Secondary bath/tub shower diverter doesn't work well, i.e., pressure to the shower head is weak as most of the water flows out the bath tap, ii) the place was very clean inside but we spent about 15 minutes cleaning the outside sliding glass door or otherwise couldn't have enjoyed the lovely view (and no, this wasn't the result of a storm or plain condensation, the window hadn't been cleaned for a long time, iii) the towels and sheets were scratchy, consider bringing your own.

The accommodation's were very comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Everything we needed was there and the view of the ocean was very nice. Would definitely go back again!

Very Nice Vacation

The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and the bedroom provided us with a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the view off the deck and also enjoyed having a meal on the deck. Very nice all the way around!

As another reviewer mentioned the bed was extremely firm. That's the only negative to this condo.

Peaceful and less crowded

A great Two bedroom two bath room unit - renovated and nice, kitchen was a bit small but neatly maintained and was more than enough for us. Corner unit with a private balcony. We ( two kids 10 &8) really enjoyed our stay. Pool is not crowded at all. Quick walk to beach. Even had two beach chairs that we could use. Highly recommend for a small family.

401 Barrington review

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a good start to our vacation week. When we arrived the extra parking pass I had ordered was not at the check-in desk. I was told to go to the drive-thru to get it. I went there, waited in line, then was told they did not have it and that I would need to go back over to the check-in office. They said they had no record of me ordering an extra pass. Thank goodness I took my copy of the email with me showing I had indeed paid for an extra pass. I was then told to go back over and get in line...again...and my pass would be printed and ready for me. Also, there were no directions on how to use the tv. After 3 calls and 2 days, a nice young man (David) came out and got it going. The unit has plenty of kitchen items, so many that there is no room for any food items you take. We paid a premium for this unit but won't be staying here again. Too much of a hassle.

Updated, clean, fully stocked with every cooking utensil you would need plus some! Location is great. Just an overall wonderful experience. We never want to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Barrington Arms several times in the past and have always enjoyed our time there. This marked the first occasion we stayed at this particular property and it was everything we expected and more. Clean, up to date, great view. Our only complaint was the beds are ultra, ultra firm so if that’s not your preference I’d recommend bringing a foam mattress pad. Other than that our stay was near perfect!
