1917 South Beach Club is a beautiful 3rd floor condo in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. Recently updated and under new ownership, the interior design has just the right amount of understatement to be elegant yet comfortable and always with a thoughtful eye to views of the Calibogue Sound. 1917 South Beach Club offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, bedding for 6 guests and some of the most spectacular sunsets on Hilton Head Island!

Bedrooms include the master suite with king bed, desk, flat screen TV, balcony access and Sound views, and updated bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 vanities and walk-in closet. The Queen Suite features a queen bed, desk, mounted flat screen TV and full bath with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with twin over double mattresses, flat screen TV, closet and full bath with commode and walk-in shower.

The South Beach Club buildings, landscape, private swimming pool and amenities are impeccably maintained, and Calibogue Sound can be enjoyed for recreation as a beach or boaters paradise or as a wildlife refuge with passing dolphins, sea birds, sanddollars and starfish. The wonderful South Beach location is just steps from miles of sugar-sand beaches, the shops, restaurants and boating activities at the South Beach Marina Village and endless bike paths. Being inside the gated community of Sea Pines gives you public access to three championship golf courses, Harbour Town Yacht Basin, two world-class tennis centers and 650-acre forest preserve. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
