Beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, and equipped with a comfy leather couch, easy chair, and a 65” Roku TV.

Local networks and your favorite cable channels (ESPN, CNN, Bravo, The Golf Channel, etc.) streaming apps available.
Pull-out bed in the couch.

Kitchen fully equipped:
Island dining set with 4 barstool chairs.
All new appliances – range, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge – complete the picture.
Double sink with hose and garbage disposal.
Programmable Coffee machine which can brew both the “traditional” way with a filter and pot, or can brew the single-serve K-Cups
CrockPot, blender, waffle maker, electric griddle, toaster, electric can opener, etc.
Brand new dishes, cutlery, mugs, and glasses, and plenty of cookware and utensils!
Baking dishes, measuring cups, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, bottle openers, can opener, corkscrew, and a lemon/lime squeezer which is important for margarita-making!
If you’re not sure, ask – we probably have it!

Bedroom:
The beautiful bedroom comes with a queen size bed, equipped with a pillowtop mattress!
50" Roku TV with all the same great channels and apps as the one in the living room.
Large dresser and full closet give you plenty of storage space, and there’s a full-length mirror as well.

Bathroom
The bathroom is also beautifully remodeled with a full-size walk in shower, and washer/dryer.

Extras
On the outside landing is a large deck box which contains some beach gear - chairs, wagon, etc.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.
