The Space:

Tucked inside the gated Shipyard community on Hilton Head Island, 46 Sailmaster sits right along the golf course - a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home that gives you the perfect base for a full South Carolina island escape. The outdoor patio opens directly onto peaceful fairway views, while the private front courtyard offers a quiet retreat all your own.

 

Living space

Step inside to a generous main level designed for gathering. The living room offers comfortable seating where you can unwind after a day on the beach or the course. The dining area seats eight, making group meals easy whether you've spent the day exploring or just want a relaxed evening in.

 

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to cook from scratch or keep things simple. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware - nothing missing.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom is located on the first level with an en suite bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable space for the rest of your group. The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, with 3 full bathrooms throughout.

 

Bathrooms

Each bathroom is well-appointed with hot water, a bathtub, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, and all the essentials are provided so you can pack light.

 

In-home conveniences

A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and the home is equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a smart lock for easy self check-in. A TV, iron, and hangers round out the practical touches. The home also includes a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm.

 

Outdoor & extras

The patio or balcony looks out over the golf course - a relaxing spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are included with the property, ready for your days on the sand. Guests also have resort access to nearby facilities through the Shipyard community.

 

Location

Shipyard is a gated community set in an ideal spot on the island. The Beach Club is just a 5-10 minute bike ride away, and Coligny Plaza's shops and restaurants are close by, as is Lowcountry Celebration Park. Hilton Head's beaches are easily accessible, and if you want to explore further, Tybee Island's beaches are about 12 miles out. Savannah - one of the most storied cities on the East Coast - is just 21 miles away, perfect for a day trip. Golf, tennis, water sports, zip-lining, dining, and shopping are all within reach.

Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
