This villa, which includes all new flooring, new furniture throughout, and all new Sealy mattresses on each bed (including the queen sleeper sofa), is located on the picturesque tree-lined streets in this beautifully laid out complex of French-inspired villas. 182 Evian has long views of the 6th hole of the Shipyard Golf Club. Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

As you approach this newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath first-floor villa, the view opens to an expansive lagoon with a gazebo at the end of a walkway. Sneak a peek at the turtles, watch the alligators, relax with your favorite book, or sip sweet tea with friends. Next to the serene lagoon is an inviting pool and there are multiple lighted tennis courts, too. Your villa awaits you at the end of the complex and overlooks the lazy lagoon and emerald green golf course, which you can view from the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom.

Outside the dining room is the back patio where you may enjoy your meals hot off the propane grill while watching the golfers go by or the fish jumping in the lagoon. The master bedroom also has a door opening out to this area.

Comfy living room with expansive views and a huge TV with Roku using high speed internet, free HBO and Showtime makes the perfect setting for a family movie night. Don't forget the butter for the popcorn!

Magnifique!!!

Condo incroyable, très bien équipé, très propre, confortable sauf le sofa qui mériterait d'être changer, terrasse magnifique. L'environnement est absolument magnifique! Nous avons vu beaucoup d'oiseaux. L'équipe de host2coast est très compétente et gentille. Nous avons eu un problème avec le code de la porte qu'ils ont réglé en quelques minutes par téléphone. De plus nous avions un cadeau de bienvenue accompagné d'un mot en français. C'était très délicat et gentil de leur part. Nous nous sommes sentis le bienvenu.

Perfect for our Family of Four

Wonderful condo that was perfect for our family of four. Great location with all the right amenities. There was an issue with the door code when we arrived but the problem was fixed right away with a very timely response. We would happily stay again on a future trip!

Fantastic, had everything and more

We are super satisfied with our stay at this property. Everything was super clean and super well kept. You can tell the condo was taken care of. It even had beach chairs, umbrellas and a lot of children's toys for the beach which was not listed as features. Great quality laundry and drier with enough supplies for washing and plenty of towels. Especially the overall cleanliness made us enjoy our stay. Nice touches with a small welcome surprise and even fresh flowers when we arrived. Would definitely book again - thank you Host2Coast

A spectacular experience

My wife and I stayed at this location for a full week. The entire process was very smooth without any hiccups. The property was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Mark was very responsive to any questions prior to our stay & thankfully we didn’t have any need or question during our stay. Wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful. Excellent location with great patio and views of th.

Excellent!!

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The property was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed having multiple options with TV at night…cable and multiple apps within the Roku platform. It’s a short bike ride or car ride to the beach. We enjoyed watching the alligators in the lagoon at breakfast on the patio each morning. Can’t wait to get back!!

Lovely villla

Very nice decor, very well equiped for all our needs. Wasn't ready to leave. Only complaint was the people above us with young children constantly running. They overflowed the tub, water came through the lights. Tried to reach tenants above, but no answer. Host2coast worked timmediately to remedy the situation.

Everything was great.

Great Condo

The photos of this condo do not do it justice! It's beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and has AMAZING lagoon & golf course views. It's in a beautifully serene setting. The unit was very well stocked -- any kitchen item you might need all while being uncluttered and welcoming. We vacation frequently in Hilton Head as this might be our favorite rental yet.

Weekend getaway

The property was incredibly clean and provided a lot more supplies than we usually see! Kitchen and bathrooms all came supplied with Method soap and dishsoap. And we loved getting to try Drops dishwasher and laundry pods. Looking into starting to use them at home, they were great! Storm Elsa came thru the day before we arrived and created a mess on the island but our place was still ready by our 4:00 check in. Only complaints was communication thru the app didn’t seem to work and I never did get any of the emails before our arrival that they said we would (and I did look thru my junk folder for them as well). Thankfully the app did have all the check-in details we needed, so we didn’t worry about it. The TV’s were confusing and we tried to email thru the app to learn how to work them but nobody ever got back to us. App is a great idea, just not sure it’s fully working as it should. Hope to be back and maybe try another property to see other parts of the island.

The shipyards property was beautiful and 182 Evian was perfect, exactly as it appears in the pictures. I am picky about staying anywhere other than home and this was really nice. Host2coast was great to work with. Thanks for helping us leading into the trip and for a great stay!

Excellent Place to Stay for Families

We just got back from renting this condo. On arrival, the condo was very clean. The host2coast bag, towels, and koozies were a nice touch. We were exhausted on night one and the bedding was amazing. High quality and so comfortable. Our kids are 10, 7, 3 and 4 months. We setup the pack n play in the large master bedroom closet and the kids shared the other room and it was perfect for my kids. Honestly, the best thing was probably the beach pass that we used and came in handy! One thing to note is that they have rental chairs and umbrellas at the shipyard plantation beach so you don’t need to buy any! We made the mistake of buying them and then realized you could rent them. Also, down by the beach walkway, there is a pond that had over 50 turtles. It might have been the highlight of the trip! The turtles literally swim right up to the little dock they have. I think they are used to being fed. Also, the little kids really loved waking up everyday and going out to the patio at the condo to look for gators in the back pond. I was nervous at first, but the gators never bothered us and we never ventured outside the patio. Lots of birds and wildlife to see as well. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!
