A stroll along the private boardwalk will lead you through the Lowcountry directly to Coco’s on the Beach, a relaxed tiki bar and grill favored by locals and visitors alike. Order up a tropical drink and enjoy the views along with the soothing coastal breeze. For a day of easy exploration, rent a bike onsite and peddle around the island, stopping to explore the shopping, dining, and parks along the way. Hilton Head is also a mecca for golfers, with one such option of the Robert Trent Jones oceanfront course right next door to the resort. This 843 square foot condo's cozy interior exudes southern charm, offering contemporary furnishings and elegant décor. Curl up on the living room sofa while you stream a new movie or an episode of your favorite show on the smart TV. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for whatever your culinary endeavors whether you decide to whip up a convenient meal at home or enjoy a spread of takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. The dining table seats 4 whether gathering together for a formal meal or engaging in a game or two of cards.



This condo sleeps up to 6 guests.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a freestanding twin bed, and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The washer & dryer only takes credit or debit card.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival.

• This is a 4th floor unit.

• Security cameras are located throughout the resort community/neighborhood.

• This location has a very strict pet policy. No pets are allowed. The only exception is for service animals, which will need prior approval prior to entering the grounds.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.
