PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

2024 Summer Vacation.

Absolutely loved the house. There were 7 of us. Plenty of room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect location. Pool was amazing. Management company were great to deal with they use an awesome app that made things easy. We highly recommend staying at this house. If available we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Overall this residence was a very nice place. The amenities in the house were all you could ask for. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies/dish-ware you would ever need. The houses open concept was a very nice touch and helped everyone feel together even when they were in separate rooms. While it also maintained privacy with the secluded bedrooms. Although the listing doesn’t do a justice portraying the bathrooms. They are all amazing with lots of closet space and storage. A few spots for improvement would be considering adding smart tv’s with internet capability, changing the bed and or bed frame in the front bedroom next to the door(it felt like the bottom of the frame was going to give out at any moment), adding more lighting by the pool area for swimming after daylight, and altering pool cleaning schedule(pool was green in the deeper areas where people were not walking and hot lots of sand in the shallow end on the corners of the stairs). Property manager was very quick to answer and easy to get in touch with. He did offer to try and get the pool cleaned earlier, which we greatly appreciated. But, I don’t know if it actually ever did get cleaned or cleaned properly because the cleanliness of it persisted our whole stay. Overall it was a great place and would fit almost any type of groups liking.

Sea Pines Serenity!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baynard Oaks! The home is just beautiful and so welcoming. We enjoyed the floorplan and were very pleased with the cleanliness. The location is perfect! We love bike riding, exploring and going to the beach, so the location made it perfect for all of the things that we enjoy! The kitchen was well equipped with all of the things. The beds were extremely cozy. We loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions that we had. We will surely stay here again!

Amazing!

The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. So much space, a great layout and impeccably clean. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that was so well stocked with whatever you may need - this place had everything. Pool was great and nice and warm! Location was great! Beautiful neighborhood that we biked around daily. Communications with the owners was wonderful! It was a fantastic week and we hope to make it back soon!

My family had a great time staying in this house on Baynard Cove. The pool was great, and the home was well appointed. I wish the WiFi was faster as it gave us some trouble trying to stream a movie at night, but it sounds like that is an island wide provider problem. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Vacation stay

Everything was great except trash pickup. 9 family members and a lot of trash.Trash was to be picked up but was not we were there from Saturday to Saturday. I even tried to chase down the trash guys and they left. The pool we were told by the pool guy he was there on Wednesday and he was not as we were at the house all day. He finally came on Thursday and argued with my son about pool ring cleaned. We loved the house, the well equipped kitchen , the pool was awsome we all loved it including the grandkids.

Wonderful time! Super clean and spacious!

The property is just as described and incredibly clean. Bedding was comfortable as well as the living room. You could sit in the living room and sun room all day. Cozy and peaceful! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities plus more! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication prior to check in/check out and info at the house to explain trash pickup and the little things that make Sea Pines navigation much simpler. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

We rented this house as a multi-family group. The house was spacious enough to allow each of us to have our own bathroom and space to decompress but also with ample room to come together in the kitchen and the Carolina room. The pool was perfect and we were a short bike ride away from the beach. We hope to return again soon!

Great family vacation in Sea Pines

We had a wonderful time at this home with our family. We made use of the kitchen, patio, grill and pool (the pool was a safe location for comfort with our toddlers). I have to say it is an exceptionally clean! Actually it is even nicer in person than the pictures. The location was in the middle of Harbor Town or the beach. We rode bikes to both locations. We highly recommend this vacation property and hope to return for another visit.

Great stay - full details of feedback below

We loved: - Cleanliness - house met our high expectations - The extra porch room was great to have so kids and adults could have a separate hang out space. - Having the Bike Doctor deliver and pickup the bikes is key, we biked everywhere - Bathrooms - all beautiful and clean, major plus along with having a full bath for each room worked out great. - The open floor plan was good and plenty of spaces to eat inside and outside if we wanted. - The location is amazing between the beach and shops and things to do - we really didn’t leave Sea Pines much except for tee times. - The pool is perfect and one of the main reasons we booked this home. We were there in May and didn't need to pay to heat it. Room for improvement: - Towels/Beach gear - no pool or beach towels - no beach chairs or tents - We had one rainy/lazy afternoon and felt the house was lacking in games, puzzles, etc. - The biggest negative is the beds. The rollaway twin should not even be mentioned as an option. The king bed has a huge sink hole in it and so does one of the doubles in the front bedroom. The queen bed wasn’t much better but the several egg crates made it bearable. In summary we would absolutely return to See Pines and to this house if there was a guarantee that news beds were purchased which the owner did say they are planning on doing.

Family vacation

The house was in a great location- short bike ride to all locations. The pool was great for our 2 little grandchildren- paid for heating and worth it. Trees do overhang the pool, daily leaves and seeds needed to be skimmed. Need to bring your own pool toys, towels. Had a wonderful time on the island.

Mother-Daughter getaway

We enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It was clean and quiet. Loved the birds and light. We wish we could have enjoyed the pool more but it was a bit chilly while we were there and breezy. We chose not to heat the pool due to the significant added expense. It would have been nice to have more propane, (check more frequently) light bulbs, salt and pepper, lighter and a few basic items…Kleenex and more TP. Need to consider cleaning the house windows a bit more frequently. Consider updating mattresses as well. Kids don’t care of course but a house of 60 something yr. old women notice these details . $400+/- per night. We rent our house in Cape Cod and offer a few more “just in case” amenities . Overall a nice gathering place for us. Perhaps this is how HH properties roll. Clean and quiet the above comments are suggestions. These things did not impact our overall experience and the communications were excellent overall. It is a lovely neighborhood in the middle of the Heritage golf course fairways—we loved Hilton Head and hope to return! Thank you!
