3 Hunt Club is a unique Palmetto Dunes House rental that boasts many amenities not found on the rental market. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home is a luxurious designer home with exceptional décor throughout! The home features three separate living areas with plenty of room to relax and a very large pool, spa and a multi-tiered deck area with a gas grill and comfortable seating for dining alfresco.

As you enter the home, the main living area is directly ahead with access to a deck overlooking the gorgeous pool and spa area. To the left of the foyer is a bedroom with a king bed and a TV. To the right is the dining room with a large table that seats 10. Just beyond is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, updated appliances, a breakfast bar that seats three and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen has access to the deck as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is the second living area with a 50" flat screen TV with plenty of seating.

On this same level you will find the spacious Master Suite featuring a king bed, TV and a private bath with double vanities, soaking tub and a separate shower. On the other side of the home, there are two additional bedrooms. There is a queen bedroom with a TV and a private bath with a tub and shower combination, a bedroom with two twins, a TV with DVD and a bathroom with a shower only that is shared with the hallway. As you enter the second level you are in a spacious media room with a 48" flat screen TV with surround sound and plenty of comfortable seating, including two queen sleeper sofas that have orthopedic mattresses. There is an adjacent full bath with a shower. There are two bedrooms on this level, one features a king bed and the other has two twins. Both have TV's and private baths with a tub and shower combination.

This luxury home is an easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Palmetto Dunes. This is truly a home where guests are sure to create many fond vacation memories.
