2307 Sea Crest is a gorgeous 3rd floor 1 bedroom/1.5 bath villa with ocean views from the living room and balcony. The entryway and kitchen are tiled, bedroom is carpeted and there is a beautiful gray ceramic tile floor with wood like features in the dining and living areas.

The open floor plan offers a spacious living room with new furniture including a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, a 55" SMART TV and a ceiling fan. The private balcony has a high top table and two chairs. This is a great place to unwind with the fresh ocean breezes. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters, all new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools plus the dining area with a large glass table with 4 rattan chairs and a beautiful chandelier. The laundry closet, with a full sized washer and dryer, are located just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom is on the right as you enter the villa. This tropical themed bedroom features a King bed, 43" SMART TV and ceiling fan and a private updated bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaker tub and a separate walk-in shower. The ½ bath is in the hallway leading to the LR, DR and kitchen area.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment.
