By booking 23 Egret, you are taking the best first step on your way to an amazing vacation!

You will be starting your trip just steps away from the sand. 23 Egret has everything to offer for a great family vacation on Hilton Head.

The main house has 5 large bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, pool/spa, and spacious decks to gather. The main house is two levels. The main level having the spacious kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen bedrooms and private bathroom while the other bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The floor is complete with a powder room and access to the raised pool deck.

Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms and a laundry room. The first of the three bedrooms is the master. This bedroom has a view of the ocean and access to a private deck. The room has a king bed and large private bathroom. The next bedroom also has a king bed along with a private bathroom. The last bedroom in the main house is a bunk room. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds (twin over twin) along with reading nook perfect for the kids. This bunk room has a private bathroom as well!

Attached to the main house is a cottage that will be the perfect getaway or a quiet place to relax for members of the family looking for more privacy. But it is also attached by a short hallway, making it just as much part of the home as the upstairs! The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, and a separate laundry room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and queen bed.

All of this and the beach is seconds away. Enjoy views of the sand from the many balconies and porches the house has to offer. Have large family dinners inside or outside on the decks which have multiple seating and table options, as well as a gas grill.

The shoppers will love that Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks from the house, with its shops, restaurants, entertainment, and more. Or stay by the pool with an attached spa. For those who cannot decide what to do, how about a little ping pong tournament in the garage? 23 Egret sleeps up to 22 people, so invite the whole family.

This home was very comfortable and stylish. We had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The beach was a short 500 yard walk from the house. The kitchen was completely stocked. We will definitely rebook for next year!

Great Home!

We were 10 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 5-14 from 3 different states for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfect for us. The cottage provided some privacy for those families without children. I think that this is the best supplied house that we have ever rented. The two ovens were a great help, especially for Thanksgiving dinner. It had absolutely everything we required. It was winter after all, but the closeness of the beach was great anyway. We walked a lot and the kids brought their bikes. The beach was perfect for bike riding. There are also many trails to ride. When ever I asked a question the response was immediate. Quinn from Beachside Getaway was wonderful to work with. All in all - we would definitely rent this house again.

Thanksgiving in Hilton Head

It is our family tradition to spend Thanksgiving on Hilton head Island each year. This is the first time we stayed in North for speech and we absolutely loved the large house only steps to the ocean, literally about 30 steps! The house is fully stocked has a great floor, plan, right next to the beach and is more than you can imagine with a heated pool & hot tub on the 2nd level with a view of the ocean. It’s the best!! We will definitely stay here again. Wonderful home!

Plenty of space and easy beach access

Great house for a family vacation. Plenty of space and very easy to access the beach. Pool was smaller than anticipated, but still provided a ton of fun. There is not much shade outside, so be sure to bring a pop-up tent or larger umbrella. Also, neither dryers worked very well. They needed to cycle through 2-3 times before drying. But having two full washer/dryer sets was great! Rental team was very responsive.

Five Stars All the Way

This property provided an amazing family vacation! The house is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for several families. Adults and children alike enjoyed the pool. Just a short walk to the beach! Restaurants, shops and the Piggly Wiggly within walking distance. We had a small maintenance issue that was immediately taken care of. I definitely recommend this property if you want to make memories in Hilton Head!

We enjoyed our stay but i would suggest you all make some updates to the house. Fix door, cushions.

We enjoyed our stay but i would suggest a few updates be made to the house. Fix door the sliding door, add some cushions for the outdoor table, some better pool chairs (the plastic). Figure out the ac/heat and fix the nails popping up on the deck. We had to call about the door not sliding well, he came out right away but the fix didn’t last a day. The heat would kick on at night and would be so uncomfortable. Also i would keep the caution tape and maybe even paint the bottom step coming from the pool, we had several trip. Overall the house and location worked great.

Hilton Head family reunion vacation

The house was perfect for our family the seven bedrooms and 7 1/2 bath were exactly what we needed. Proximity to the beach the pool at the house and all the attractions of Hilton Head were perfect.

Great place for a family reunion of all ages.

We loved this house, the location and everything about it. It was very well equipped and the layout was perfect for our group. We had grandparents in the attached house (2 bed/2 bath with kitchen and family room) and the younger (louder) people in the main house and it could not have worked out any better. This second row house has very easy access to the beach. We loved our trip and would recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect beach house

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. There was plenty of room, plenty of kitchen accessories, and lots of puzzles! Very short walk to ocean and nice nice outdoor space on the decks too. We all enjoyed our vacation.

Awesome home! We stayed with 15 people in this beautiful home that is just a few steps from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Lots of room for all.Stores were within walking distance. Would love to book this home again for vacation. We stayed for our Marines graduation from Parris Island. It is about 55 minutes from Parris Island but well worth the drive.

Beautiful home - beautiful area - great gathering place!

The home itself, far exceeded our expectations. When we reported a few minor problems, they were taken care immediately and professionally (and as a bonus we received some great restaurant suggestions!!) Only complaint (and it is a minor one) paper products were in short supply - we had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. The area was quiet - beach access was close - and all 14 of us totally enjoyed our 5 days

Great Place!

This house fit us perfectly. Location, location, location as they say in the real estate is most important. This house is located perfectly! Ocean, restaurants, shopping, biking are all right out the door. The condition of the house is excellent, the supplies in the house were great, the beach towels were fantastic, and plenty of them. I would recommend this house to all and we plan on coming back to 23 Egret next year. Like I said is a great place for the family and friends to stay on HHI.
