You will be just steps away from one of the most sought-after beaches in Sea Pines, where you can watch bottlenose dolphins frolic and catch a glimpse of deer grazing among the dunes.

This beautifully decorated villa offers all the luxuries of home, with a fully stocked kitchen that opens into a dining area and beyond to the living area and balcony.

Relax with meals on your balcony or evenings watching your favorite shows. High-speed internet (500 Mbps) keeps you connected.

Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast comfy beds and a sparkling, renovated en-suite bathroom. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.

It's just a 5-minute walk to the South Beach Racquet Club with 20 pickleball courts and 8 clay tennis courts. Learn to play pickleball or join one of the daily pickleball round robins or clinics (fees apply). Don't worry; you'll never hear the pop of pickleballs from this villa.

Walk across the street to the iconic Salty Dog Cafe for hush puppies and the catch of the day, or rent a bike to ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club for a drink or lunch overlooking the ocean. You're also just a short drive or bike ride from Harbour Town where you can stroll through shops or enjoy a dinner out at the Quarterdeck as you watch the Low Country sunset over Daufuskie Island.

Want to get out on the water? Right next to the Salty Dog is the South Beach Marina, where you can rent kayaks or join a dolphin-watching cruise.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

POOL: Oceanfront -- Pool open April - September (not heated).

PETS: No pets are allowed at this villa.

SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed in the villa or on the deck.

**CAR PASS: Guests must purchase a weekly visitor car pass for each vehicle from the "guard" when first entering Sea Pines. Cash is required (NO CREDIT CARDS). Cost is $20 for one week.

PARKING: Included at the Beachside Tennis complex.

**CHECK-IN
Summer Season check-in is 5 pm (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Every effort will be made to get you in sooner.

Off-season check-in is 4 pm

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. The full amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 30 days prior to your arrival. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel 14-30 days before check-in. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will be stocked with basic household amenities, including trash bags, dish soap, laundry products, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. We also stock beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. All you have to do is come and enjoy Hilton Head!
