PETS: No pets are allowed at this villa.

SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed in the villa or on the deck.

**CAR PASS: Guests must purchase a weekly visitor car pass for each vehicle from the "guard" when first entering Sea Pines. Cash is required (NO CREDIT CARDS). Cost is $20 for one week.

**CHECK-IN
Check in is 4 pm. Every effort will be made to get you in sooner.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. The full amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 30 days prior to your arrival. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel 14-30 days before check-in. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will be stocked with basic household amenities, including trash bags, dish soap, laundry products, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. We also stock beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. All you have to do is come and enjoy Hilton Head!
