This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has recently been updated with all new furniture including new mattresses, fresh paint, and new SMART TV’s. It is nicely decorated with lots of beach décor making you feel like you are on vacation.

Once you enter, to the right of the foyer, are two bedrooms. The first is a very spacious master suite with a king bed, two chairs and a mounted 50” TV. There is a door that leads to the back deck. The master bathroom is gorgeous with double, granite vanities with a chair in the middle for doing hair and make-up and walk-in shower.
The second guest room features a queen bed, a twin bed, closet and a mounted 40” Roku TV. This bedroom also has shared access to the master bathroom.

Back in front of the entrance is the carpeted living room featuring an off-white sofa and matching love seat, a rocking chair, and a mounted 65” Fire TV. Behind the sofa is the dining room table with four chairs plus a bench seat. Off to the left is a coffee bar with a sink and an Espresso machine. The door off the dining room/living room area leads to a large outdoor deck with a table that seats eight. This deck leads you down to the pool patio. At the pool there are six lounge chairs, four Adirondack chairs, and lots of lush landscaping to provide you with the privacy you want. There is a brand-new deck with bench by the canal where you can fish or drop your kayak. This canal is part of the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon system.

Back inside to the left of the entrance is a bathroom that has a single, granite vanity and a walk-in shower. This bathroom can be accessed from the hall or the attached bedroom. The bedroom is carpeted and has a queen bed and 50” Roku TV. At the end of the hall is another carpeted bedroom that has two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). The private bathroom has a single, granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Behind the dining room is a carpeted sitting area with high ceilings and a large picture window that looks out to the pool and canal. There is a gray queen sleeper sofa, three accent chairs and a mounted 50” TV over the fireplace. You also have access to the deck from here. Adjacent to the sitting area is the fully equipped kitchen with new hardwood floors, new cabinetry, beautiful gray & blue granite counters, and a kitchen island that features the flat top stove. There is a round high-top table in the kitchen nook that seats four with windows looking out to the canal. A peaceful place to have your breakfast and morning coffee! In the back of the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink.

The spacious garage has been transformed into an incredible temperature controlled game room making this the ideal space for relaxation and fun. Equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a cozy couch, and a 60" TV, it's the ultimate hangout spot.
