Enjoy the private patio for a relaxing meal, keeping your bikes and beach gear right outside or walking right around to your car. No stairs! The large sliding doors allow the sun to shine into the living room all day. There is plenty of seating in the living area and the sofa is a queen sleeper bed. The dining room seats six comfortably, and there is seating for three at the breakfast bar. You will find everything you need in this immaculately remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with an efficient layout and plenty of counter space. Coffee lovers will especially like the option to use either the Keurig or the drip coffee maker - m-m-m, who doesn't love the smell of coffee in the morning?

The new open floor plan allows you to enjoy preparing meals, visiting with friends and family and gives an airy feel to the space. There is a full-size washer and dryer behind the beautiful barn doors. The primary bedroom has a phenomenally comfortable king bed and en suite with a new double vanity and shower. The hall bath has a shower/tub and is across from the second bedroom with two twin beds.

And, to enhance your enjoyment of this villa, the owners have added Chromcast capability on all the TVs allowing you to project your home streaming service (such as HULU, Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV) from your mobile devices directly onto any of the TVs in the villa.

The 5,000-acre Sea Pines Resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

* * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1748 Bluff Villa is located in Building 5, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.
