Elevator: The private elevator takes you, your groceries, and your luggage, from the ground floor to the first and second floors of the home. The third-floor kids' bedroom/loft access is from a stairway on the second floor.

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Ground Level: Join us for beach living at its best! The home features a single car garage and an oversized entertaining space that looks out to the beautiful backyard. You will find a small putting range, a ping pong table for your enjoyment, and a large flat screen smart TV. We provide you with beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella. There is also a second refrigerator for drinks or extra groceries.

First Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, including a convection oven. Quartz countertops throughout and an island with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring sliding glass doors that open to the first-floor screened porch with a cozy swing bed and additional seating for two. There is also a king bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV and a full bath with tile walk-in shower.

Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed, desk, and a large flat screen smart TV. The master bath has a double sink vanity and a tile walk-in shower with a glass door. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room has two full beds and a large flat screen smart TV. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tiled tub/shower. The laundry area is also on this level and has a full-sized washer/dryer.

Third Floor: Here is where your kids will not want to leave! You will find two twin beds and a full pullout couch with a gel mattress. You will find a table with chess/checkers to play, tons of kid's games, and a large flat screen smart TV. The kids will also have their own full bathroom with a tub/shower.

This property has one active security camera on premise. It is a doorbell style camera at the front entry door.

Beach Access: There are three easily accessible beaches from the house: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach and Folly Field Beach. All three are within 1.5 miles of the house and have bathrooms, outdoor showers, and wheelchair accessible beach matting. Chaplin Park at Burkes Beach has ample parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, playground, tennis courts, picnic areas and walking trails.

Included Supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Parking: 3 vehicles max | No parking on the street or on landscaping

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
