Nestled in on the third floor, The Nest is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa located at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. This attractive unit is sophisticated, inviting, and comfortable. Every detail has been thought with you in mind and will quickly become a favorite destination while vacationing on Hilton Head Island!

The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and has everything needed for preparing meals while on vacation. The open concept living space allows for everyone to be together while cooking, dining together or relaxing while watching a favorite movie. The screened-in balcony offers a delightful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail or just a daydream in the trees.

The master bedroom is spa-like with a luxurious king bed and an updated en suite bath.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds perfect when traveling with adults and/or children. The updated guest bath is conveniently located offering a sense of privacy for all.

This 21 acre, 268 villa, gated complex has 24 hour security and offers stunning grounds with every amenity you can think of. Condo wasn’t very clean and had a bad musty odor. Shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Per my fault I didn’t read the no elevator on third floor. Air went out but they did have it fixed next day. If you are older the patio door is very are to open and shut. Bedroom tv didn’t work. Light switches were annoying but they did provide instructions how to use. Was easy to get to pool and beach. It was ok but overpriced for what I was expecting. Especially the smell, and cleanliness. Rooms are tight space for luggage. And counterspace for bathrooms very small for female

When we arrived we were not given a map or anything to go where we were to be. We walked up and down three flights of steps three or four times till we found where we were to stay. The listing said ocean front. You could not even see the ocean. The rooms were really small, freezer did not work. Once we found where we were staying we were told we could not pass the hallway because they were doing flooring and had wet cement. The hardly man said it would be 10 minutes which turned out to be 30 minutes. When I voiced it they said he would not be there the next day. He was. The next morning at 8 AM he was out side beating and hitting the wall to the unit. The sliding door didn’t slide you had to pick it up to get it to open. I paid for this trip for my girl friends and honestly I was embarrassed for the money. The ads said the gate pass was included and we had to pay it as well. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Master bed room TV just flickered and the AC would not cool. I’d remove them this was a horrible stay and not what was listed at all. They were stains on the future that looked like sperm. It’s in the photos

Great location for a family vacation! Also, right down the street from airport. Beautiful beach for sunbathing, exploring, or fishing!! Safe and quiet. Clean, and fully equipped for meals at home if you choose. We had a slight issue with the sink drain. However, they sent maintenance as quickly as possible to resolve the problem. We only wish it was on the first floor instead of the third.

Unit is generally clean (although bathroom vents are very dirty) and updated with a well equipped kitchen. Very skimpy on facial tissues (believe there were 5 sheets in each tiny box so bring your own supply). Pictures make it look much lighter than it is. Very little natural sunlight so unit felt very dark. Overall the property feels tired, pools feel old, lack of lounges and umbrellas. iTrip is very attentive, tried to fix the TV that did not work in the bedroom.

Lovely condo

Updated and nicely furnished condo. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The coffee maker has a mesh filter so there is no need for paper filters. Beach items are in the closet of the spare bedroom.

Nice but Older!

This condo is pretty average. The positives were that they allowed us early check-in and communicated well with us! Negatives were that it smelled old, was not super clean, and had no elevator. Please keep this is mine! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Alarming

The grounds are beautiful the spa is well worth it. The bugs on the beach was horrible. The beach was not what I expected to much mud to travel through to get to the water to swim oh my goodness the dead sting rays lying on the beach the smell was horrible but overall we made do and enjoyed our time on the beach

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful condo on the sound! We love all the wildlife on this side of the island and come here often with the kids! This is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at in this condominium. They have a well stocked kitchen, sweetest screened-in porch and the perfect quiet location overlooking the fish pond. Minutes to the pools!

The Spa is amazing

From the time I arrived to when I left, this property was securely monitored, well landscaped, and very welcoming. The condo was immaculate, well stocked kitchenware, and plenty of linens. Pictures were absolutely accurate. Very spacious. Great place to stay.

Retirement getaway

Check in easy and clear resource notebook with guidance procedures, maps and activities. Need to add a page on TV/cable operation but managed without. Lovely screened porch, overlooking treed courtyard and pond, with comfy seating to enjoy morning coffee and quiet time. Short walk to beach. Be aware of proximity to airport as there is some air traffic.

Don’t sleep on this!!!

This property is PERFECT! This unit looks exactly as pictured. It was so clean and the perfect size. Kitchen was beautiful and the appliances were newer. It was stocked with everything you can think of. Check in was simple and check out was even more simple. This particular unit is a quick walk to the private beach, which was also amazing. If you looked at the balcony, you could literally see the ocean. Both pools were steps behind us and both were well maintained. Their was a 24 hour guard at the parking entrance which was comforting. We’ve never used VRBO before, so we were a little nervous. The owners had clear instructions for everything you can think of. They even provided a binder of house rules, as well as where to find things, places to eat, things to do. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Please do not sleep on this unit. You will not regret it.

Decently clean, needed a few more things for longer stays. When flying it’s hard to bring things with you so having them on hand would be nice. Had beach toys for the kids and beach chairs which was a nice additive. Overall good experience would stay here again.

Beach vacation

The property is very comfortable and spacious enough for family of 4, I like that it’s quite end of the island. The condo had everything we needed except extra pillow cases which they came and replaced next day. The property outdoor pools are dirty but we spent all our time on the beaches around the island.

Perfect Family Getaway

The check in process was very easy and straight forward. The guard did not have our reservation at the gate but thankfully gave us a parking pass and everything else went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and just as described. The two bedroom and two bath property was quite comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials perfect for cooking meals each evening. The washer and dryer was a great amenity along with the screened in porch. The blackout curtains and comfortable beds provided fantastic sleep after a long day at the beach. The beach was a short walk away and perfect for kiddos. We hope to visit again soon!

A lovely stay!

My two children (8 and 11) and mother (75) stayed here in March. Check in process was seamless, condo was spotlessly clean and could not have been better outfitted. The tidal beach is perfect for exploring and property is also close to swimming beaches. I would wholeheartedly recommend and hope to come stay again . Only note that it is a third floor walk-up as advertised, so might not be suitable for people with mobility constraints.
