My experience at this hotel was overall average. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, and it met the basic expectations for a budget-friendly stay. However, there were a few issues that made the experience less than ideal.
When I first arrived, the room did not have any towels, which was inconvenient. I had to request them, and although they were eventually provided, the process felt a bit rushed and unorganized. I used the towels during my stay and made sure to leave them in the room when I checked out.
Unfortunately, after checkout, I was charged a towel fee because housekeeping reported that the towels were missing. I was confident I had left everything properly in the room, so this was frustrating. After addressing the issue, the staff did partially resolve it by giving me a $40 discount, but I still ended up paying a $10 fee related to the towels.
Aside from that situation, everything else was as expected. This is a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, and in that sense, it delivers what you pay for. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something affordable, but the towel situation and miscommunication with housekeeping definitely impacted my experience.
