8122 Wendover Dunes is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa located in Palmetto Dunes. This villa is on the second floor of Building F and has a large, screened porch where guests can relax and enjoy the lush tropical landscaping as well as views of the pool area.

There is a large open living area with gorgeous hardwood floors, featuring updated furnishings, a formal dining table that seats six, an open kitchen, and access to the screened porch. This villa is nicely decorated with beach and coastal décor. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and two stools at the countertop. This opens into the dining/living area, which makes it possible for everyone to be together while meals are prepared. In the living room there is a tray ceiling, tan queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, two accent chairs, and a 55” Roku TV. The wraparound screened porch with ceiling fan offers a table with four chairs as well as two rockers for reading or relaxing. Off the main living area is a carpeted guest bedroom with two double beds, accent chair, tray ceiling, and 43” TV. This room has access to the screened porch. The bathroom can be accessed from the hall or bedroom and has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted soaking tub.

A half bathroom is located just outside the master bedroom door and is easily accessible to everyone in the main living area. Across from the kitchen is the laundry room. The Master bedroom is located just to the left when you enter the villa. This room is carpeted, has light blue walls, a tray ceiling, King bed, and 39” TV. There is a small, private balcony with two chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The newly renovated, private expansive master bathroom has double, granite topped vanities, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a jetted soaking tub.

8122 Wendover Dunes is a comfortable Hilton Head Island vacation rental where guests will enjoy their vacation. It is a short 3-minute walk to the beach and adjacent to the pool area which also has a hot tub, gazebo, and BBQ area for guest use.
