At 8 Dinghy the beach and ocean are your back yard! A complete remodel just a couple of years ago with all new fixtures, appliances, furniture, flooring - everything!

Walk into an open living floor plan, with high ceilings and expansive windows and views across the entire rear of the house. There's a magnificent private master wing with direct access to the oceanside screened in porch. Also on the main level is a separate king bedroom en-suite, an office, powder room, laundry room, and a gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators.

Upstairs there's an ocean side private king suite. At the other end of the hall are four bedrooms: a king, a queen, 2 twins, and 2 bunks. There are two full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

Gathering places include: (1) the oversized garage space that has been converted into a "club room" environment complete with ping pong, foosball, television, and sitting area; (2) large screened porch overlooking the pool area, beach, and ocean; (3) the deck that spans the entire rear of the main level and holds a professional level grill, high top table, and a dining table; (4) lower level pool area with under-deck lounging sofas and chairs, tables for snacks and meals, and another refrigerator accessible from the pool area and garage "club room".
