This villa features a cathedral ceiling in the main living area and a queen mattress sleeper sofa with a gel mattress for added comfort. The third bedroom has been updated with two queen beds, and all bedrooms now have private bathrooms. There is also an additional half bath located off the living area.

For your convenience, beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs are available in the storage locker. You'll have easy access to all of Palmetto Dunes' amenities, including three award-winning golf courses, lagoon activities, and several beachfront restaurants.

The villa also features a heated private pool (available March-May and Sept-Nov), a hot tub, a baby pool, and on-site dressing rooms and restrooms. The beach is easily accessible and has a low population density, even during peak season.

Palmetto Dunes offers a network of trails for bicyclists and joggers and boasts three miles of wide, sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. The deck and screened porch have an amazing view of the Lagoon. High ceilings and large windows grace this beautiful living and dining space with a 75" TV. Hardwoods run throughout the main floor, even in the bright and sunny kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. All this is in a wooded beach area, only a short bike ride to the sandy shore.
