Soothing hot tub and relaxing views by the firepit were one of the best ways to enjoy the quiet TX countryside. Would also be plenty of room for 4 if needed. «The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels ...
