The Space:

Villa 2 offers one bedroom and one bathroom, with two double beds and a single bed comfortably sleeping up to five guests — a flexible layout for bigger groups or families. Each villa has its own executive mini fridge, and the shared kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Step outside to the estate's shared outdoor pool, framed by garden and mountain views, or gather around the fire pit, a four-person wooden swing, a hammock, or the ping pong table. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill make it easy to cook and dine in the open air.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire villa, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Our on-site caretaker will personally greet you at the property's gate on arrival and hand over the keys — there's no lock code to worry about. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Campestre sits in the countryside of (Santana) - Azafrán, just outside Higüey, in the heart of the Dominican Republic's La Altagracia province. It's a quiet, rural setting surrounded by mountains — a good match for travelers who want a countryside escape as a base, with a supermarket and beverage market on the main road nearby for everyday essentials.



Getting Around:

Based on the property's own arrival directions, Higüey is roughly a 20-minute drive away, and Punta Cana International Airport is an estimated 50 minutes to an hour further — we recommend confirming this with us closer to your trip, since it isn't a live route calculation. A car is the most practical way to get around this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.



Paid Add-Ons (Marketplace)

- Optional paid amenities are available as add-on services, orderable through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook after booking — such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, or birthday balloons.



Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Quiet hours: 10 PM-7 AM.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.
