Poor air quality in the bedroom. 10 minutes after i entered the room i got congested and remained congested for the entire night. The pillows, and bedroom furnitures can use an upgrade. No closet space to hang dresses. Although the hallway rugs looks worn-out, it was clean.

Things were generally kind of dingy and old. The towels and washcloths had stains, as did the tub, and there was of yellow-y, worn vibe to the property. And I didn't feel unsafe per se, but I wouldn't be surprised if other guests felt they needed to be on high alert. For example, I saw a sign reminding people to always use the extra lock on their doors and to be mindful of people who may not be hotel guests. I also had SO much trouble identifying the location on Uber and Lyft, even when typing in the street address. That said, I appreciated that the front desk attendant was polite and professional.

I mostly liked my stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cool. I didn't like the dog poop in the hallway, although the maid cleaned it up quickly.

It was a comfortable stay, but a bit old and dingy and musty. Parking lot needs Repairs and repaving and the outside lighting isn’t great in much of the parking lot. Very few amenities. No breakfast offerings at all. But the bed was comfortable and the price was fair.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part I liked that it was quiet and it felt very safe. I did have a roach in the bathroom that was very unexpected but other than that no issues.

Not much to like except, a clean bed. Absolutely no morning food service though promised on the site. Front desk person said’ “haven’t had breakfast for a long time. When we did it was terrible.” No cups at the coffee station. I found out why; it didn’t work. I suggest you not list this property on Expedia!!

Upon arrival the hotel did not look like the pictures. Families live here. There was even a book for the special services staff to sign into during their check ins with these families at the front desk. I was assured our stay would be safe and uninterrupted (as we have an early morning). I called asking for blankets, since the beds only had sheets, and was told the laundry room is locked and no one with a key would be back until tomorrow.

Horrible hotel that is also a place where homeless people live. Fighting, yelling and cussing 24/7, lots of disturbed people stay there, police is called on every day (stayed there for 5 nights). Was not able to sleep. This is a hotel from hell.

Poor lighting outside the hotel. Hallways were run down and needed repair. Customers were smoking weed in the no smoking area and the place smelled like weed. Room was outdated but nice, however neighbors were loud.. The restaurant they had attached to the hotel was great! All and all it was an ok hotel

Outdated and Disgusting
The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke as did the inside of the room. I had to wash the extra clothes that I packed because of the smell. The hallways and lobby were very rundown. It was a pretty disgusting establishment.
