The Space:
Morning light filters through the forest canopy as you step onto the front‑porch swing, coffee in hand, while the creek below murmurs toward the private pond. In the evenings the scent of pine mingles with the crackle of the fire‑pit, inviting stories and toasted marshmallows under a sky full of stars. Every room opens to sweeping woodland views, and the spacious grounds give children room to explore creeks, salamanders and hidden mosses. This luxury mountain retreat blends indoor comfort with outdoor adventure, offering space for up to eight guests to unwind together.

Indoor spaces
The main floor welcomes you with a sitting room centered around a gas fireplace, a formal dining room for eight, and a sunroom that frames forest scenery. A fully stocked kitchen features a coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender and all cooking, baking and serving essentials. A breakfast bar seats three, while a separate office nook offers a quiet work spot. Smart 65‑inch TVs grace the living rooms on each level, and central air, heat and two mini‑splits keep the temperature just right. An additional indoor fireplace in the pavilion is currently out of order after a Thanksgiving‑day fire, but the patio and fire‑pit remain ready for use.
Outdoor living
A covered pavilion with an oversized fireplace (currently unavailable) anchors the outdoor living area, which includes super‑comfy couches, captain’s chairs and a 16‑person dining table. Steps away, a large fire‑pit invites s’mores and campfire songs. The property spans two acres, offering a screened porch, balcony off the upstairs queen bedroom, and multiple decks for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. Bear‑proof trash cans sit on Upper Lake Road; guests must secure them tightly and store all food inside the home.
Kitchen & dining
Beyond the indoor dining room, the outdoor deck holds a grill and a 16‑seat table for al fresco meals. The kitchen’s high‑end appliances and complete utensil set support everything from quick breakfasts to 20‑plus‑person dinner parties.
Neighborhood
A two‑minute drive brings you to Blue Bike Café for a spectacular breakfast, while Main Street’s finest restaurants—Wolfgang’s Restaurant & Wine Bistro and Ristorante Paoletti—are also just minutes away. Local boutiques such as C’Orrico, Annawear and Bear Mountain Outfitters line the street, and nearby wedding venues make the home ideal for celebrations.
Pet policy
Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 fee per pet (maximum two). Cats are not permitted. Service animals are exempt from the fee and restrictions.
