If arriving after dark, please bring a flashlight. Tiny Town is intentionally dark at night for optimal stargazing.

Weather
After rain, the ranch can become muddy. Boots or outdoor shoes are recommended.

Parking
One vehicle can park near the sheep pen. The tiny home is approximately a 100–150 ft walk from parking. Additional parking may be available near Cabin 1 with advance request.

No WiFi
This property is designed for guests to unplug and reconnect with nature. (If you need WiFi please ask about Cabin 1,2, 7 or RV)

Texas Water Note
Due to natural sediment common in Texas well systems, tap water may occasionally appear cloudy or have a mineral smell or taste. Many guests prefer bottled water for drinking.

Pest Notice
The property receives regular professional pest control service; however, minor pest activity may occasionally occur between cleanings due to the rural ranch setting.

Trash
Trash can be disposed of in the dumpsters located near Cabin 1 along the forest line.
