Welcome to Billy the Kid’s favorite spacious Cabin 1 at Tiny Town at Historic Hico Ranch. From the large wrap around porch, enjoy the chair swing and watch the birds fly around the beautiful oak trees. The front yard has a cowboy grill fire pit to relax and make s’mores. Just down the driveway, join your large group for a community fire pit under the stars. Thinking of bringing your horse? We have a beautiful horse motel amenity to keep your horse nearby and 20 acres available for riding. Inside, the cabin offers spacious sleeping in the 2-bedrooms: King, Queen, 2-Twins, and 2 Twin Trundle couch/bed in the living room. You will love the gallery kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen (propane oven, refrigerator, lots of dishes, utensils and a huge array of spices and seasoning for home-cooked meals. If your whole family is renting out all of the tiny homes and cabins for a family reunion, Cabin 1 is the perfect gathering place with an indoor sunroom with a huge dining table and outdoor dining table.
