"Getting to the hotel was a nightmare due to closed street. Although this was not the fault of the hotel they should have stated the possibility of street closure due to construction works on thier website. The closure resulted in having to haul our luggage for several hundred meters from our car to the hotel. Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Room and standard was very nice."

"Sentralt hotell. Stort rent rom. Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Praktiske gratis skap å låse kofferter i hvis man kommer før innsjekking. Flotte såper på bad med eteriske oljer. Taxiholdeplass rett utenfor& men kort vei til togstasjonen å gå også. Litt upersonlig interiør på rommet, lite dekor - ville likt det bedre for jobbreise enn ferie. Støy fra trafikk /uteliv utenfor i helgen så man må klare å sove gjennom det. "

"We don't really have a good feel for Aachen as a city and aren't sure what to say about the area other than that it was pretty vibrant and appeared to offer some night life opportunities. The hotel was clean and modern and the service was mostly good, although they seemed to be thrown a little for a loop by a family showing up to breakfast with two kids, which was odd. The room was adequate, but not big, and with both the bed and the pull-out sofa if was tricky to move around. It had an adequate fitness facility on the top floor, with dumbbells up to 10kg, a full-body selectorized weight training machind, and some cardio machines, as well as a shower and changing area."
