We do apologize for this we do have designated smoking areas which are not right next to the guest rooms. unfortunately, not everyone abides by the rules, and we do hallway checks. but cant always catch people outside. If you had called us we would have made our way around to ask them to quiet down and smoke in the designated areas

Oh My goodness. Thank you for the great review. I am so sorry about us not really having rooms dogs are not allowed in. We do try to deep clean after an animal has stayed in a room if we know. We do try to keep animals on the first two floors, but i do apologize and hopefully we can work a better solution for our guests with pet allergies.

Thank you. We are so happy that your kids had a blast at the pool.

Sir, you were not downgraded, you were given a room of the same value. Unfortunately, it was a busy sold-out night, and we had no kings available, and a room with a queen is the same value as a king. We do only clean stayovers room every other day unless requested otherwise, but we do pick up trash every day on a regular basis. We have people that clean the hotel every day and if we feel as though someone is smoking anything in their room we do knock on the door and explain the smoking policy as well as charging the guest. I do apologize that your stay was not as great as we try to make everyone's stay. Hopefully next time we can make it right.
